I feel these playoffs have already proven that points are the premium. Didn't like that call, I thought they also got a bad spot
-
I inaccurately grouped pass rush with DL. It was a poor attempt to say we need to get pressure up front somehow.

That commercial with the fat guy was weird AF and irresponsible. Gross

Denver going up 14-0 would be a big lead in that venue with that defense. -
There's a ton of interesting Backkup- Level QBs that you could take a stab at in later rounds in the draft this year Everyone was thinking this would be a great QB class a year ago and most of them didn't end up being great. Which means there's going to be a lot of them still on the board in the mid to late rounds. Ex. Drew Allar, Cade Klubnik, Garrett Nussmier, Carson Beck, Trindidad Chambliss, Diego Pavia, Joey Aguilar none of them really jump off the screen but there's always a chance you could get a diamond in the rough.

Its a weak end fa class. But then again it always is

Maybe not, but he can run the system and doesn't look like he's got one foot in the NFL grave and one on a banana peel. You have to have someone capable. Dalton most definitely has not been the past 2 years, arguably 3. -
Broncos absolutely dominating in field position so far.
-
Dang, I hate both of these teams.
-
God I hate the fugin Broncos and Sean Payton.

That Denver deep ball wasn't because Stidham has a cannon. It was because the Denver coaching staff used motion to identify a zone defense they saw on tape, and then they exploited it. Bryce could've easily made that throw. Our issue on big plays is our coaching staff lacks any innovation or ability to spot when a defense is vulnerable to open up deep opportunities. Bryce deserves blame for some things, but he can throw a football 50 yards to a wide open receiver. That was a hell of a sack. Man I wish we had a real pass rush
-
I think Cortland Sutton just isn't that good. He's supposed to be Denver's leading WR #1 but I've seen him drop a number of passes in their playoff games this year.
-
I mean, Stidham on paper really isn’t a “real backup QB.” Obviously Payton saw something he liked enough to rely on him as a backup but it’s not like Stidham is a former starter who had some success and is known as a top backup (like Foles was when he won with the Eagles).

Sam Darnold can’t throw the ball past the line of scrimmage.

Interesting that they just brought up the point of having a real backup QB because your season can be over from one bad break if you don't. Hope Dan is listening. -
I'd like to see us get an edge and an ILB through free agency and address our other needs through the draft. Addressing Edge through the draft will put us most likely having 2 or 3 years before that player makes an impact. We already have two of those players on the team. ILB we really need experience and a stud. Having a rookie be the man in the middle would be tough. Even Luke had a rough start in his rookie season.

Yeah I don’t even think Nix is that good. He’s closer to Bryce than he is to a legit franchise QB IMO. But Payton is a wayyy better offensive mind than Canales.
-
I consistently see other NFL teams hit gigantic deep shots downfield and we rarely ever see Bryce do that. His lack of physical traits can be so fuging frustrating we have to sit and watch him barely dink and dunk downfield most games
-
Yep, and we picked Horn, who falls down on those time and time again. From what I remember Surtain was considered the safer of the two CB picks as well to make. I can't remember why the Panthers picked Horn over him. Maybe they thought Horn had a higher ceiling or more potential. That was a halmark of the Rhule/Fitterer era. Betting on traits instead of straight up solid and consistent production.

Will Campbell has been a turnstile in the playoffs.
