  1. Past hour
  2. Yep just like Baker as well Bryce’s issues don’t often stem from him not seeing the game. Overall he’s reading the field just fine for a 24 year old 3rd year QB who is in a terrible situation Eventually he’ll get to a place where guys are actually schemed open, there’s speed around him, there aren’t constant breakdowns in protection and he’ll be just fine
  3. He was supposed to be successful once we got him a number 1 receiver. Thats literally what everybody said going into the off season..that was more important than fixing other issues. It was supposed to "unlock him"....but that has kinda underwhelmed as well. Now it's gonna be on another team. The goal post keeps getting moved and they act like nobody notices it.
  4. It was 8:30 in the morning when I was still in bed…try to keep up. I didn’t say anything untrue. You found something that you thought proved your point but actually proves mine.
  5. We miss Theilen and we have no other receiver who can create separation. Canales is sending Renfrow out on a traditional route tree and nothing like how he should be used, particularly in short yardage.
  6. Well I wasn’t sold on him mostly because of the simple system thing at Auburn with the plays on his wrist and wondered about that. But then that first game came up and there was no doubt about his talent so I didn’t really care about the wrist thing any more. He was a no doubt deal.
  7. this remains a foolish wish, to try to wish the Bryce haters and the Cam haters into the same group. The micro example you have here on the board shows you they are not the same group. Same group that hated Jimmy Clausen hates Bryce would be the more accurate example.
  8. Passing offense was 32 out of 32 in 2023.
  9. I asked for the stats last year of his plays 20+ yards. I don't want ratings or video clips. What was the actual statistical outcome when he went 20+ yards last year when he was a "good deep ball passer". As I keep saying, eventually you can't run from that reality with subjective ratings on hypothetical what ifs or cherry picked video.
  10. Few people are more disappointed in this but - he aint that guy. I wanted him to be that guy. I believed he could be that guy. But he aint that guy.
  11. You made a false statement and then try to make it personal when it's pointed out to be a false statement. And it is legitimately hilarious that you continue to call people old who are in your same age group. I don't go to bed at 8:30 buddy. Hope you have a good week!
  12. Limitations? AT had a career year here lol. Call him and ask him how hard it was playing with those limitations.
  13. A third straight week was too much for Reich. Me too. As soon as Andy came in and opened up the field I wanted no more of him.
  14. This is a good look for Bryce.
  15. Couldn't find it on ESPN but MM said he runs angry and seems to respect him. Good read. https://www.on3.com/pro/news/mike-mccarthy-delivers-high-praise-for-cowboys-rb-rico-dowdle-after-first-career-rushing-td/
  16. I've been here for a loooong time and been through this a lot. And I write a bit on the side, too.
  17. The plays aren’t there the team isn’t there and he’s far too inconsistent. You only notice the plays he doesn’t make. But that same player that fumbled is the same guy that made plays to win the game in the end. Same fools that criticized Cam. When Bryce is playing bad I say so. But I’m not a hater so it’s easy for me to see how he was one of the reasons we won that game.
  18. Watched the whole thing. The best compliment I can give him is he is a nice kid and legitimately humble. He tries. But I also get the sense that the guys around him are just doing what they can to work through the limitations of the situation as best as they can.
  19. Thinks he knows better than his coaches, and is gonna do it his way. That backpedaling on his toes stuff…. ballerina of Mint St
  20. Stop being so fuging Lazy. Damn Red you’re not even good at this anymore. Mac Jones and Tua both played with Devote Smith who’s currently one of the best deep ball threats in the game today. I keep telling you it’s a team game, but keep proving my point old man.
  21. Unless they sow another arm on him to replace the one he has.....then no.
  22. Brees had legendary elite footwork. Bryce will be the same as he is now until he fixes that + stops panicking in the pocket. Bryce fixed it somewhat last season but has completely reverted back to rookie season footwork and pocket awareness, for seemingly no reason
  23. Beck and Allar are both fringe 1st round QB's, teams will take Dante Moore, Mendoza, and Mateer over both of them, and some team like the Raiders or Jets will fall in love with Sellers at at the top too
  24. I think similar in that the team that drafted him will trade him to another team and then he will retire with said team. I think the gazillion yards, stats, Super Bowl details and longevity will be different but from a 50,000 foot view, the arc looks similar, yes.
