And that school will owe David Tepper a lot of money to buy out Rhule’s contract. In a way, it’s a win for everyone involved including the fans

The whole point of the post was about firing Rhule now or mid season not making a difference…..that must have gone over your head or you didn’t read the post beyond the title. Of course a new coach would bring in a new staff, next year.

Not what I posted at all. I see “Fire Rhule Now” being posted everywhere. That’s not going to change a damn thing. The staff is way deeper with Rhule’s guys than I thought after last seasons changes which seem to be more in name only. The systems are the same.

I did a deep dive on the current Panthers coaching staff trying to find which coaches have no prior connection to Rhule. Rhule had one season of NFL experience as an assistant offensive line coach on the 2012 Giants. Aside from that, all of his experience was in the college ranks. Guys like Pat Stewart knew Rhule at WCU I think. Let this be a warning - this problem is not getting fixed this season. Matt Rhule has his hands in almost every position on the staff. The staff is extremely light on NFL experience and it shows on the field every week. We are in for a very, very long season. David Tepper made a huge mistake not firing Rhule and his entire staff last season. I hope next season this team is coached by an NFL caliber staff. This college experiment was a resounding failure.

Tepper’s persona is more on brand for that franchise. Panthers deserved Navarro.
