  1. SIGN HIM NOW! $2 trillion dollar contract for 600 years!!!
  2. Look what the Panthers did! We blew out both our biggest division rivals in their domes and one fired their coach and the other is blowing up their team. What a great day to be a Panthers fan!!
  3. I mean all he's saying is he'll get a chance to start. He'll probably go into training camp as the starter, which he should since he's got a lot of starting experience. Still no doubt in my mind they'll spend a high draft pick on a tackle.
  4. I can't believe a thread about a possible visit for a 5th string WR/special teams player has 378 posts and counting
  5. Dude if I had kids that'd freak me out. I'd go on aggro mode and be watching for them to come back. Reminds me of when I was 10 my family and I went down to Disney World. I got caught up in a crowd and separated on a shuttle trolly. I knew they'd be on the next one so I just waited up at the next station for them. Probably there 10 minutes by myself until they showed up. But while I was there some old man came up to me and asked if I wanted to go ride some rides with him. He was one of those old greasy dudes that was at freaking Disney Land by himself up to no good. Even in my 10 year old mind I knew he was bad news. I started screaming bloody murder and he ran away. Some other family waited with me after that and I made friends with their kids and we rode Space Mountain together later that day.
  6. Huge difference between signing a player that has already been on the team was wanted back by management but left because his price tag was too high, than signing a random player with no ties to the team.
  7. You know what's stale? Every time a player is cut and we have a thread that says "Let's sign this guy!" even though there is 0 chance it will happen. This is what, the 10th "sign jake long omg" thread? Stale? Child, please.
  8. Let's just sign every washed up has-been to a huge contract because this is Madden apparently
  9. Boykin played mostly on special teams in 2014 for the Packers....could this be a special teams move?
  10. Anyone else see that rumor Brees traded to buffalo?
  11. Next year, yes. Atlanta will be back once they get their defense in order.
  12. Wow the Saints and 49ers are having a straight up fire sale. The only team standing in the way of a Carolina Super Bowl is really Seattle.
  13. Can't wait to see how well these teams fair next year...Carolina will be better next season by staying the same since they have so many young players that will be better just because of a year of experience.
  14. Carolina is just like poo, we don't need to do anything crazy to be good...let's just keep drafting well and make the Superbowl...
  15. Bersin has GOT to step up if he wants a roster spot this year. He was actually pretty decent as a receiver, but if they put him back at returner again I'm going to throw up.
  16. Who knows what will happen. All I know is I wouldn't be surprised if they went WR, OT, or DE in the first. RB or LB would definitely surprise me.
  17. Would it surprise anyone if they took a WR in the first again? Not me, I think it's likely actually.
  18. They signed Ginn and I guess Bersin gets the good ol boy contract again
  19. They still haven't signed Tannehill to an extention either...not that he'll get Wilson, Luck, or Newton money but still...
  20. Two year deal? Nice. I really like this signing. I don't get all the hate for Oher. He's a low risk, high reward signing. Reuniting with his first position coach and could potentially be a nice stopgap option while they groom a long term LT. Now let's sign Ginn and it'll have been a great day.
  21. Yea I agree the interior won't change but anything could happen at tackle. Remmers played well but I don't think they'll hand him the RT job.
  22. I don't get all the hate for Oher. He had a rough go of it on the Titans because well, that team is pure straight garabge. The Panthers wouldn't bring him in and plug him as the starter - he's just another option. There's no doubt in my mind they'll be drafting a potential LT and probably signing another veteran too. Who knows, Oher could end up playing RT, rookie at LT, Remmers as a backup....
  23. He'll likely come pretty cheap, he's still pretty young at 28, he's a pure talent upgrade over Byron Bell with high upside, and he's reuniting with his O-Line coach from his first few years in the NFL. It's a low risk, possible high reward signing. I still expect the Panthers to draft a potential LT but this could be a great stopgap move while they develop someone else.
