    This was widely discussed a couple of years ago as a potential new model. I think the teams to really do it have just sort of lucked into it. Teams are still scrambling for the star QBs, ala Denver and Cleveland (and we tried of course).

    I'd like Carr but not for a bunch of picks at his age. However, they've already lost their backup QB (Mariota) and traded for Carr's college roommate (Adam's). One Caveat, Josh McDaniels apparently really liked Baker Mayfield coming out of college.

    My first thought is are they trying to create more cap space to sign or trade for another QB.

    Why is Washington so improved, from acquiring Wentz? Then the Colts shouldn't be so improved for losing him for an almost 37 year old Ryan.
