    Coker is an exclusive rights free agent. Meaning he will be a Carolina Panther next year likely for the league minimum. That should not stop us from signing him to a long term deal

    I think we’ve shown enough this year for Tepper to be ok with running in back. Especially considering the lessons he’s learned about quick trigger fingers early in his ownership.

    My favorite part about scourton is it looks like he can be the vocal leader that we are missing. Horn and Brown are obviously our leaders but they are soft spoken. Nic can be the juice to get the team going.

    This game reminded me of the saints monsoon game and the pats mnf game where it was like 5 degrees outside. Miserable weather experience yesterday. At some point the fans just realized that it’s a miserable day and to accept it and use it as a reason to cheer harder. definitely think the crowd played a part in the win yesterday.

    Sean payton era saints is by far the most hated team for me. Bountygate was the peak since we’ve sucked for so long we don’t really have any reason to hate others sense there’s plenty of internal hate to go around.

    I think part of this issue is that we’re realized that being above .500 is a huge win. We’ve literally settled into mediocrity.

    Should be simple negotiating…. You want more guaranteed you get less overall money. Unfortunately the market has been set by one franchise that wanted to upend the entire system. Now pivot and react and move forward.

    Think of the games in Vegas, Miami, NY etc. the clientele are more worried about the trip than the actual game. Theres a market for this, we just aren’t in it.

    The bears won this trade as of today. there’s a chance Bryce continues to progress. But until Bryce becomes a repetitive pro bowler there’s no way you can say the panthers did anything except absolutely bomb in this trade.

    Does this make everyone feel better about Morgan? a lot of chatter this week about how the panthers telegraph everything and have more leaks than a faucet. Not sure many of us saw this coming even with the late report tet was a wild card for us.

    If we were a piece away I’d see us drafting a cornerstone RT with our pick this year to prepare for life without Moton. Unfortunately we aren’t that close and need to fill other holes and hope Moton continues to be serviceable for a few more years.

    We’ve been saying that for 25 years. Mike wahle and Ken Lucas is what the panthers get when they try to make a splash.

    Greg Olsen spoiled us. Ian Thomas was the most hated panther and he’s gone. We sign someone we drafted in a mid round to continue his development and it’s like we gave him top of the market money. This isn’t really a needle mover but definitely isn’t a horrible move.
