@Icege get in here!

Bryce is honestly clueless
-
Honestly should just move the thread from the draft section on QB’s and pin it in this section This is all we have to talk about this season
-
I love Ward but I’m worried after this whole Bryce debacle that Tepper is hellbent on drafting a big QB Ward obviously isn’t small like Bryce but he is short for a QB
-
Beck, Ewers and Ward. there is literally no reason good enough to see a 3rd year from Bryce. The only reason to see a 2nd year is to lead us to another top pick
-
Well no sh*t. He was ass last year why would it be different this year?
-
Bahahahahahahah young is fuging done
-
I’m glad we’re in a dome week 1 No excuses. He better go for 250+ or I’m over it
-
We all say this but when push comes to shove we all sit here and watch this trash for 3 hours every Sunday
-
We’re spending it on nothing. We have no cash. This was simply to get under the salary cap

Which is why I said they could revisit after this year pending how it goes. Seeing how Moton holds up. It makes sense to come back to this after this year but at some point they need to take on the bulk of his contract and that point is now
-
Because he’s 30 years old and he gets an absurd amount of vet days so that he can play on Sunday’s I think they see this and know restructuring him is only going to bite them in the ass in a couple of years What else could possibly be the reason then?
-
Jeez I’m looking now and there truly aren’t many options… https://overthecap.com/salary-cap/carolina-panthers If they cut Moton and Wonnum next year that’ll gain us 25 million in cap Gotta think they haven’t restructured Moton for a reason but you’re not kidding when you say there aren’t many other options
-
Why does everyone think it’s his last year? I’ve seen this now a few times. Hes under contract next year. Moton seems to be battling injuries all year long for the last few seasons. They haven’t extended/restructured him for a reason imo. I think they want to ride this one out. Especially this season. If he performs well this year then revisit it but as of right now the smart thing to do is let it play out. If by some miracle Bryce looks like an NFL QB this year I think we’ll probably go OT in the draft
-
Agree Which also means if Bryce doesn’t show significant progress then we move on after this year. There would be nothing left to see if he still struggles with an offense tailored to his strengths
-
If Bryce doesn’t break 200 passing yards there is going to be A LOT of “here we go again” noise
-
Bryce Young’s passing line is set at 199.5 on the site I use… Christ is that tempting even when factoring in last year
-
His numbers weren’t even bad but he’s one of those guys where you have to actually watch instead of box score scout 68.4 completion percentage 3878 passing yards 25 touchdowns 8 interceptions We’d all sign up for these numbers immediately for Bryce Young
-
Oh I agree. The Saints aren’t far off from us this year imo. This is a winnable game given that both of us are bad The Bucs won their first meeting with the Saints last year. Baker who led the league in deep passes (+20 yards) didn’t have a single deep pass in their win Their week 17 matchup the Saints were shutting the Bucs out until midway through the 4th Seems like we can expect Bryce to throw it +30 times but that’s about all I took away from these charts
-
Bryce needs to show that he can make plays consistently and make NFL throws. Wins will come if Bryce is proving to be the guy. If we’re picking top 5 come draft time next year then we move on from Bryce. There would be absolutely no reason to drag this crap out another year with him. Get Dave his guy and let him work
-
Brooks better end up being a difference maker. If they had the future in mind when making that pick like they said they did then they’d have realized it’s a really deep RB class next year. They chose an RB coming off ACL surgery over Zach Frazier who’s had a really good camp and a couple WR’s who have already looked pretty good this preseason
