I'll rather watch PJ run around than watch whatever Darnold was doing against the against the Giants last game.

They probably thinking "if only we can get Jonathan Ogden and Orlando Pace to block for Sam on the line he wouldn't be so jittery and keep throwing it to the other team."

Oh well. Still good to know we have an owner and front office doing everything they can to improve the team If the offense stalls against the Falcons maybe PJ can get put in sooner and we can see what he got.

I think CMC might be gone, ugh.. He was unexpectedly put on IR when the injury was initially deemed minor 2 to 3 weeks. Zod recently made a random post lauding the exploits of Chuba Hubbard. Anonymous sources are alluding he's included in the trade package. Bummer if true, I wanted his skill set paired with a bonafide top 5 franchise QB while he's still in his prime.

Dang well can we atleast get Tua. Our offense is unwatchable at the moment. We need a quarterback.

No QB is, but question of having a playmaker at the most important position like Watson or the offense looking like it did last Sunday is a no brainer.

I'm not comparing the names on the jerseys, I'm going by the rankings and last season the Texans defense was horrible.

Our defense is one of the best statistically in the league, with Watson we would have the better Qb on the field most Sundays. Two 1000 yards receivers when we have a QB that can read defenses and get them the ball. And the best Rb when healthy.

Panthers defense is way better than the Texans defense which was one of the worst last season.

He didn't think Cam was going to be a good Qb coming out of Auburn and stated Gabbert was the best prospect and then Cam came out and set the league on fire his rookie season and Bradshaw was sore ever since.

Donald inherited two 1000 yard receivers when he came to this team and he can't get the ball to them. He threw for 111 yards last game, how much building does he need? A probowler at every position to succeed. If we got Watson this oline will look much better than they do now. They didn't look this bad last season with pretty much the same lineup.

We had #1 draft picks prior to 2003 and we were a middle of the road team until a journey man player emerged as our franchise QB and led us to the Superbowl. We had #1 draft picks prior to 2010 and was the worst team in the NFL prior to drafting Cam. Moral of the story you need a QB to win in this league if you have a bonafide franchise guy you have a better chance than most at winning

I'm on board. QB is a glaring need on this team and we have a chance to get an elite QB still in his prime. Go for it.

Those same moral police consumed the NFL product even though Roethlisberger was able to play out a full hall of fame career and win Super bowls. Morality shouldn't stop at your favorite team. If it was really about morals you would distance yourself from the NFL completely.

Nah I don't have any faith in this coaching staff selecting the right rookie Qb or developing him. Heck they thought they could develop Sam Donald, I'll rather get a proven vet like Stafford or Watson. You saw a vet like Teddy even with his limited physical skills mask their incompetence to as we were competitive in a rebuilding year. Now this season we're getting blown off the field by 1 win teams.

And now Brady's offense is putting up 3 points against the woeful Giants. Maybe he needs to follow Teddy out the building.

Should have stuck with Teddy and let him be the Bridge (heck it's in his name) until you find an upgrade at Qb. The offense would be able to play much more complimentary football with an improved defense, definitely would have a better record and still have our draft picks to boot. Total mismanagement.

Exactly once a team knows your offense can't move the ball or score they start calling the game differently taking shots that they may not have without the fear of a turnover or mistake costing them. You hold a team to 5 points at the half, they should be playing from behind not sitting comfortable with a lead. All the Giants needed to do is point 1 more score on the board and that game was practically over.

The only two games you can say the defense hasn't played well enough to get us a win if we had a competent offense would be the Dallas game and to a lesser intent the Vikings. We were up 15-6 on the Eagles midway into the the 3rd quarter when our offense and special teams decided they wanted to play give away. The first 3 weeks the defense was putting up historic numbers, I don't think anyone expected that type of dominance to remain for the entirety of the season that would have put us statistically as the best defense of all time. What we needed was for our offense to step up and let our defense get after some folks but instead the last few weeks we've played defenses ranked much worse than our own and they have looked like the better defense on the field because our offense is just that inept.

And when he does check it down it's an inaccurate ball where our receivers have to do a pirouette just to get their hands on the ball and the result is no YAC at all.

Defense held the Giants to 5 points at the half that's a baseball score. We went for it on 4th down at like our own 25 yard line and failed to convert you can't keep putting your defense in that position and think can win the game for you.

We didn't expect the offense to look worse than it did a season ago when we legit had the pandemic as an excuse. Definitely didn't expect it to look like the worst in the league.

Joe Brady and Donald making every defense we play look like the 85 bears.

This clown in his presser said Sam's still the QB going forward. Talk about a train wreck. I doubt we win another game the rest of the way and all of our picks got traded away. Looks like rebuild in year 2 is in a major setback.

PJ came in the game when we had to pass to get back in it. Easy for the defense to pin the ears back. I'm sure we would have scored more than 3 had he played the entire game. The Donald experience needs to be over.
