Christmas Updates: Tepper—you’re losing fans
MillionDollarCam replied to davos's topic in Carolina Panthers
Agree 100%. All the people talking poo are the ones that sit in their moms’ basement watching the game on the tube tv while refreshing the huddle webpage every 10 seconds so they can post about how they are watching which ultimately means they are a “true fan”. Spending your Sunday and your hard earned money on a poo product whether it’s a football game, movie, shopping trip, etc. doesn’t make you a good fan or a cool person... it makes you a fugging idiot. Props to the OP’s family for realizing that there are more important things in life than the shitty product that David Tepper is trying to sell right now. Hopefully some of the sheep that were talking poo decide to step up and purchase those PSL’s from the OP.- 109 replies

From the other end of the spectrum, what if the Panthers are falsifying the injury report in a way that provides them with a leg up on the competition. I.E. they list Gilmore as questionable throughout the entire week and then he plays on Sunday… but knowing that Gilmore was questionable coming in, the Bucs try to target him and see how “healthy”’ he is… when in reality, Gilmore is perfectly fine. I’d imagine that you can’t do that.

UNC will beat teams that are inferior and continue to lose to teams that can match up with them physically. Hubert neglected to find a true PG in the transfer portal and it’s showing (even in games that they are blowing teams out). It’s mind boggling that your ball dominant guard has managed to turn the ball over six times against Appalachian State lol… UNC is the worst passing team I’ve ever seen… I mean learn what a fugging bounce pass is.

Think it depends on who is paying for the stadium, the MLS has already stated that they don’t like their teams playing in NFL stadiums so I actually don’t think it’s that farfetched. -
Like yesterday, sitting this one out.

Please don’t get blown out again.

No hockey experience whatsoever but really got into the game during the 2002 run to the Cup (fugging Detroit). I went to HS with one of our well-known former players’ daughter and son (who had a short stint with the Canes organization) and became very good friends with them. From then on I started to learn more about the game and after going to my first game in the early 2000’s I found that I really enjoyed the sport and I’ve followed ever since.

Wait til everyone finds out that Tepper is actually building a soccer specific stadium. -
Drury has 78 games. He wasn’t under contract with the Canes when he signed in the SHL. He signed his ELC after the SHL season in July at the age of 21.

I’m surprised old man Snow can accomplish anything with all the technology that has been infused into the NFL. He seems to be very much the ‘get off my lawn”, ‘these damn kids’… type of guy.

Rough fall, though it was a neck injury, it was one of those falls where he just couldn’t get his hands out to brace for impact. Prayers up.

Cam optioned to that terrible 4th and 1 call
MillionDollarCam replied to Tr3ach's topic in Carolina Panthers
His best days are for sure behind him but it’s not like there were franchise QB’s on the street just waiting to be signed. Cam was signed as a last ditch effort by Rhule and it hasn’t worked. Cam can be playing bad and Rhule can still be the reason this team is ass, the two are not mutually exclusive. -

So all things considered, it comes back to the individual who built the team I would think. The Darnold trade should be on the white board for why it’s time to move on. We blew prime draft capital in the Darnold trade that would have been very useful this year. This is exactly what I mean by setting the organization back. Our draft is essentially… 1. ? 2. Darnold 3. Henderson 4. Darnold 4. 5. 5. 6. 7. -

Letting those good players walk (i.e. Reddick, Gilmore, Jackson), now opens holes that we didn’t have previously. Successful teams build their OL through the draft because the players are cost controlled. -
Watching the way the Saints are playing Bucs… yeah, we’re losing out.
-
Yikes, gonna sit this one out.

So that’s where Tepper’s balls went, they put them on the Christmas wreaths.

Cam optioned to that terrible 4th and 1 call
MillionDollarCam replied to Tr3ach's topic in Carolina Panthers
The reason Cam doesn’t get the blame is because if the team was built correctly he wouldn’t be playing for us. The only reason Cam is even here is because every other QB that Rhule has fallen in love with has been poo. -

He very well could learn from it but he’s set the team back multiple years. So now the five year plan is a seven year plan because we are worse off than when Rhule took over. Every position on the OL needs to be upgraded and we need to find a franchise QB. I don’t see anyway Rhule could accomplish those two tasks and get us to the Super Bowl in three years so like I said, his five year plan is now a seven year plan. -
To get to the Super Bowl we are looking at three to four years and it depends on finding a game changer at QB. The OL can be built in a couple years and hopefully during those two years you find a franchise QB. Assuming our franchise QB’s rookie year is playoff year and his second year is a Super Bowl year, we’re looking at 3-4 years depending on when we draft a QB (this year or next year). Drafting a QB this year - 3 years Next Year - 4 years

The guy was given total control over the team… all the way down to the draft and signings. So when Cam Erving gives up multiple sacks in a game, yes, it’s Erving‘s fault… but who signed him? This all comes back to the one guy who wanted to to run an NFL franchise the same way he ran a college program… the same college program that lost to fugging Liberty, UTSA, and Duke in the span of three weeks. The guy is in over his head. -
Cody Martin now in covid protocol.
