  1. I haven't. But I dont know that I had that expectation. We knew going in his arm talent was average at best. What I wanted to see was off schedule playmaking with great accuracy. I've seen it. But not as much as I have wanted and he has still yet to adjust to the speed of NFL defenders.
  2. Well he often only had two seconds to throw.
  3. I don't view crying as no more a red flag than throwing a tantrum, or skipping a press conference or doing any of the things Cam was accused of. Bryce may bust, but linking his on field tears to some frailty of mind that's throws up a red flag, is as much of a reach as linking Cam's "emotions" after a loss to his lack of leadership or whatever dog whistles people were using at the time.
  4. Andy certainly looks better. I would like to state that the Seahawks is by far the weakest defense we've faced.
  5. Maybe the Saints defense is just really good.
  6. My suspicion is by the end of the year the Saints will be a top 10 defense and the Colts will be bottom 10. When Stroud faced a top defense in the Ravens they scored 9 points at home. Thats not to say that C.J. hasnt looked better. But the gap isn't big enough thus far for anyone to declare one better than the other, much less going as far as to say we drafted the wrong QB.
  7. Yes. 2 game sample obv. Week 1 was tough for him im assuming.
  8. To add proof of our WR problem... If my screenshot isnt clear, thats Bryce Young at the top left, which means, according to this, his WRs get open the least amount, and when they do, his accuracy in those rare occurances are high.
  9. I havent read the whole thread but having multiple first round picks affords the opportunity to trade up for a QB if our guy is out of reach.
  10. The only one's saying we got fleeced are people on this board. Perhaps we're a bit biased and thinking heart over head?
  11. CMC gets to be involved through getting handoffs. He gets 15+ touches a game no matter what. That helps you stay engaged. DJ Moore doesn't get that luxury. His frustration manifests in half effort, while Anderson's manifest in anger. It's understandable.
  12. And pick #33, 1st of the 2nd round. Not bad.
  13. I'm no Rhule defender -- but if I were to attempt an argument on his behalf I believe I'd start with the QB position. Bridgewater - Darnold - Baker -- Not sure how much winning any coach will do with this lineup (Although they'd do more winning than Rhule) Here's the issue. He had a HUGE hand in bringing them in in the first place. If these QB's were forced on him he had some argument in terms of being hamstrung, but we know that's not the case. Therefore I got nothing.
  14. Yes as much as I hate prevent D, theres a reason teams do it... Plus only the times that prevent D fails to work do people highlight them. The times that it works people are quiet. That said theres a happy medium.
  15. Dante. Dante had similar quicks, with jukes, stop and start ability etc, but his speed wasnt particularly close if I recall. T. Hill has both.
  16. Rashan Gary turned into a player. He was debated a lot here his draft year. He was a high ceiling, low floor type.
  17. I dont fully disagree, but couldnt this be said of any non-QB? Even Aaron Donald isnt as valueable as a franchise QB, and hopefully Rhule and company know that, which leads me to believe that they feel confident he wont be a fran CB. I guess we will see. I suspect their thinking was: Sam Darnold (potential, but less likely to be Franchise QB AND Jaycee Horn (potential shut down corner) >>>>> Fields (Potential Franchise QB) We shall see.
  18. Ohh this is tough. Good question OP. I think I would go with Melo. Not sure Melo has the best player in the league/MVP upside Cam had, but perhaps he does.
  19. If Seattle were to go on to win the Superbowl, we would see that Broken play completion one over over til forever. We can't let that happen. We won't let that happen!
  20. We need to drive down and score. Force them to be one dimensional is key because it seems like they've been able to run on us.
  21. That's true. But I honestly blame Zimmer. That should have kicked it on 3rd down.
  22. I said b4 the sack that they were going to get sacked or complete a pass in the field of play. That was astonishingly stupid.
  23. Arizona has an elite pass D, but their run D is only "good". Their offense is so dynamic that they get up early on teams and those teams have to abandon the run, which of course plays into their strength.
