  1. Maybe. I'm always one of those guys that recognizes that QBs go high. I wouldn't be at all shocked if the qbs go 1,2,3 and then levis goes top 10. It's just the way the game is now. That said, I think ar is a three year project. He may be the best of them all in the end but he needs lots of work. I watched about 6 of his games and see a guy who doesn't process well but is athletically a supreme talent. The other two though have him whipped on accuracy and decision making......for now at least. Those skills typically are harder to learn but I thought the same about the Buffalo qb.
  2. I'll say this for Brown. As an Auburn fan, dude was a leader and never lazy. He's not the type to get lazy after the money rolls in (which should always be a concern). Plus he got better every year, which is promising given his trajectory so far in the pros. Also, will never embarass your organization.
  3. This actually made me mad. Dang you Marty Hurney.
  4. I disagree because he could be gotten without moving up (maybe a move to 6). In that situation Texans take Bryce Indy take stroud Then it's dealers choice on AR and Levis
  5. No offense to Ron in particular, but what is it about the Pnathers where former players and coaches feel entitled to piss and moan for getting flushed? Isn't this a professional sports league? Ron sounds like Greg Olsen, "they only paid me x millions, instead of y millions" Too bad, so sad, get wrecked.
  6. Being a legit leader is the scarcest trait in humans. You can develop it a bit but mostly it's an innate trait. Not surprised by this at all. That said this is lying season so I'm suspect on this.
  7. Normally I love coming around for the draft, but with the number 1 pick there's too much heat. Can't handle it.
  8. He's a low level starting center somewhere. Or a less well paid backup (but with a great cash injection these past few years). Life's still good Pat and good for Panthers. Win win.
  9. Not sure I understand the motive, is the money between #1 and 2 that significant? Cause he's gonna be number 2 this year.
  10. I just think they will pivot out of the pick in that case. still cost some draft capital (trade up with Chicago) or a chance at their pick of the top guys.
  11. hmmm. i disagree, respectfully. I think someone (including us) will most certainly try to draft Stroud at 2. The qb's almost always get over drafted, last year notwithstanding.
  12. I just checked. Man that's.....um....puzzling.
  13. Harbaugh would be a quantum leap from Matt "the bum" Rhule.
  14. Auburn fan here, there were times where he looked unbeatable at Auburn, but times where he was downright awful. The most alarming thing is he would melt down emotionally during his bad games and you knew there was no chance. In his defense he had Gus for a coach, who is awful with qb's. But the guy was emotionally volatile. Just not sure I'd be able to trust him. He's also got some accuracy issues. Think he could be a decent backup, nothing more.
  15. I said when he got drafted that it took him until his senior year before he became dominant in college and thought it would take three to four before he lived up to his potential. Glad to see he's on that track. He was so much better his senior year compared to his junior it's nit funny.
