They think they know more than others like background checks, stats, medical ...etc than the pro scouts. And of cause, again their most reliable sources are from the youtube highlight videos.

I always like Ron, one heck of well respect person and well role model human being. Players want to play for him for a reason. I don't get why he always get the most hate from the huddle but at least he is better than a lot of armchair GM/coach/blamer here.

You still not get my point. So the main problem is our coaching staff.

I'm more interested to know how PJ feels if Cam is the automatic starter. Also, that make me to judge this coaching staff even more, if they don't feel PJ qualify for the backup then why keep him before the season start? The decision making is really no clue here....
