I for sure care if a player is unanimously ranked as a top ten pick 2 years ago, so should you! You think thats it, hes a 50 scrub now and forever? Is that the line of thinking you hold for everyone.....maybe we dont agree as much as I thought. He did come in-season and with injuries as well, but I dont know you remember that as well. TE deal, disagreed with re-signing Ian"done nothing, but potential!!" thomas. Aronld was losing snaps each week to Temble, thats part of the reason too(they did showcase him some too). Aronld blocking skills were worse than Olsen on a bad day. Preventing Gilmore from landing with the bucs, was for sure part of reasonS. Draft infro was correct when the trade happened. Panthers were in the playoffs and around 18th in order. I looked at both charts right after the trade and the difference was off 3rd round page. It was before the comp picks were even out. After the wheels came off and seasons end panthers ended up 6th. Jags remained 1st and there was little reason to believe they were not the worse. I still take CJ today 10/10, the upside is vastly more than the 70th pick or 4th rounder. Dan Aronld has no effect, either way. We normally agree on most panther moves, but this is for sure is a total picking sides. What are you willing to bet and what to you want to bet? I feel youre honest and most times we have similar thoughts/opinions. So we both have to agree on whether CJ has a good year or awful year. Once we agree to terms, we can also agree to third party judge if theres another rare disagreement. "Good" "awful" are highly subjective, but we can use common sense. All I ask is if a ACL/back/etc season ender happens early season, the bet is off.

What about this guy for HC

I believe you will be eating fresh crow very soon about CJ. CB is one of those spots- "you can never have too many" Nickle is base- horn, CJ, and Djack thats a freaky group. Jc horn and Cj have the same 9.999994859 RAS score. You did not included the jags 5th, which was the first pick in the 5th. If you do draft maths........ the points equal a 4th. Dan Arnold was part of the trade and hes not trash, but hes also at best a 25 snap per game player too. CJ henderson was the 9th overall pick in 2020 draft and all the panthers had to pay him was 6mill for 2.5 years(rough #s). Perfect risk to take, fully supported for me. Do the same trade right now 10/10. Just about every team had CJ as a top ten pick, jags and panthers were not alone. All CJ has to do is play at a 4th value range, that should be easy with Wilks around. Not getting into the gilmore deal, you know that move was to prevent the bucs from winning the SB. At the time Horn went down and panthers were in the playoffs as well. No issue either.

mitch earned trust. everyone wanted him to max walker(not me) and he did right. this feels different tho, i dont know the current "max" feelings among teams/gms. I know at one point, decent mid-level players were getting maxxed, but it feels like thats also changed some.. does feel like a agent is doing agent things as well...

How much would you trade for Baker for 1 year rental?
Basbear replied to Cam's New Arm's topic in Carolina Panthers
This means to be said and repeated in the other 397 mayfield threads. The overlooked part is not Sam vs Baker, or Baker vs Corral, its Baker vs PJ. Ace dickhead Baker would raise the QB talent level. FYI Sam Darnold has never finished a whole season in his career (mainly cause poor OL/coaching). So it's not a deal for Baker taking Sam's "job" or whatever. The main reason is adding talent and Baker is talented, maybe more than Corral&Darnold.... Who knows he may get here and truly click with the city, players, and coaching staff(doubt, but dont know for sure)and want to be a future panther. -
Dont hate or jelly of Pat, hes playing the game right. Just hes a living embodiment of this x167

Thats the way Robbie would answer- "who cares". 12+ acts of pure antonio brown behavior, "who cares".

Youre killing me Rhule, always making it harder to show support with weekly sound bites like this....
-
Just membered Robby asking to sign Kap......Was that also a move to support Sam Darnold like calling him lame and cussing him out on the sidelines?? Hmmm, Im very confused at the signals hes dealin out to the public. According to him thats the way he supports his QB, do you believe him?? Such greeeeeeaaaat teammate behavior tho.......... I wish the whole team followed in his cracked out thinking, boy would that take the panthers to the next level!!

How did you take his hair transplant?? ________________________________________________________________ Far as Mcafee, Im a mid-aged old soul man......Ive tried watching and feel like in order to keep watching, I need to snort lines of adderall every few minutes.... Plus after years of getting talked over, I can not stand how hes always talking over everyone/interrupting (mainly the guests). I did love the unfiltered part. But thats a big deal of youtube, fake high energy. Its not just Mcafee, its my taste buds dont mixed with the strategy in gaining young viewers.
