I thought dave and marty combo would be a special pairing. Let marty work with agents/players and pick the #1s. Let dave set the price on each FA and fill out the depth. Dave was great for UDFAs, for about four 4 running he always found 2 players each year. Marty found two his whole career. Fitterererer just had problems saying no and trying to help everyone. Since this roster is expansion level bad, the team needs a roster builder. I dont think thats morgan.

If not for brown, the top three players on this roster were UDFAs and former teams didnt care to resign.

lol @ titans!! finding a good-great HC is nearly impossible. Varbel is on top for any team needing a HC. I get he loves NE and has ties there, still hes done wonders with not much. doubt the panthers or should i say tepper even tries...

Just personally preference. Last year I was 100% in on Shane Steichen before any interviews. Frank Smith help turn around tuas career, thats my main reason given byce needs the same.

Hes part of that famous group, i still feel hes too young right now. Plus hes only had one year at OC and it was a great one tho... Who knows, I think about the only system or team byce could be a little successful is shanahans. thats all slowik and hes been part of the 3 win to 10 win flip. I wonder how he views on byce.....

I only care for johnson, smith, and my last years darkhorse morris. Given the focus is offense, its down to frank smith or ben johnson. I got to do some research and thinking, but right now Id lean towards smith.

The reports are tepper loves 'yes' men types. With all of these "analytics" types, feels like he wants to hire himself or the younger version. I still remember during the rhule hire- " he was a short order cook like me, he dresses sloppy like me, hes form the northeast" etc.... does tepper have any friends, feels like hes trying to hire them. That was his downfall. He should have had a stronger long term "team only" mindset. Coaches come and go yearly. Ben Mccado was rhules last chance at "fixing" problem, you can not allow him to affect decisions. Either he does a great job or terrible one, hes gone in a year.
