I don’t know about y’all. I really wanna trade down and take one of Corral or Howell (Willis hype probably gets too high and hopefully someone takes small hands before we can if we do trade down) and also nab someone like Kenyon Green or Zion Johnson or whichever tackle falls (between Penning and Raimann).

let's see your top 6 selections for Carolina's 1.6 pick

Love the thread! Been going back and fourth on what ID want honestly. It changes almost daily. 1) Still that trade down (prefer to nab Phillys earlier and later firsts and take an OL and BPA or best qb available before Pitt can). 2) Ikem Ekwomu. Nasty, a need, super talented. Think he’d fit nicely next to Brady. Up to the staff to decide which is the better tackle, which is the better guard. Both SEEM tweeners in a weird way. 3) Malik Willis. I anticipate the combine makes his value rise and in doing so, doesn’t “make” this feel like a reach of a pick. Not the perfect player but I’ll be damned if he’s not interesting and oozing with upside for our next head coach. 4) Evan Neal/ Kyle Hamilton. Neal would be number one, if I thought we had a shot at him. Nasty, size, winning program. Kyle Hamilton brings a fun complex to this team… fills a need, not the most important need, but I’m excited to see what he can do at FS. 5) Not Kenny Pickett. Just don’t make the pick Kenny Pickett please. I don’t want an older, later blooming, limited and flawed player. He’s damn near darnolds age, what’s the REAL growth with the guy? -
Let’s say we don’t take Pickett instead.
-
Is it me or does anyone else really not want Cross?
-
I’ve seen what I’ve needed .
-
I’m absolutely sold on Willis or Howell. Obviously a bit lower on Corral. Absolutely no Pickett, please.
-
I kinda really want Willis, as risky as it sounds.

Salute to a great. The great actually. Gets a lot of hate, warranted or unwarranted. His retirement seems like the end of an era altogether and hits in that nostalgic part.

What is Joe Burrow’s superior trait to Kenny Pickett?
Eric4280 replied to FuFuLamePoo's topic in 2025 NFL Draft
Football playing. -
What about the games against the chiefs and ravens where Burrow threw for like 400 yards a piece? Or are we just gonna credit the wr this time? The job of a QB is to take care of what you need to take care of on your side of the ball. The Bengals defense isn’t “carrying” him. Stop acting like it is. The dudes in his second year and in the AFC championship game. Without him, they’re not in it. Period. They’re also not in with any of those mediocre names you decided to compare him to (besides Herbert; who will have his time). Did you like bet on the titans or something? I don’t get it. Burrow isn’t perfect, but I’d feel damn good if he were our quarterback.
-
Tell me how he hurt you.
-
The o line looked like ours. I bet our garbage pile wouldn’t have kept that game nearly close. Winners win. He did what he needed to do to beat the one seed on the road. Keep your stats.

Oh the irony.

Official thank God it's the last GameDay Thread

We definitely pick in front of that bears/giants pick right? -
I just feel like it’s not all THAT hard to be an owner. Every single one of us recognize that this teams severely lacking from bad decisions and lack of effort or direction on the field. It needs someone that’s good at something. Matt Rhule is good at nothing and it shows. But he’s retained.

Panthers Bringing back Rhule. Planning to start OC search next week

How can we get a “this is fine” dog emoji reaction added to posts? -
Sounds mighty familiar… I’ve even been told that I’ve no idea what I’m talking about and that this isn’t madden, for thinking this. but yes, I’d love to sell that pick to a team that’s heavy in picks.

Panthers have to “make a true investment” in the OL
Eric4280 replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
I remember how excited I was to potentially see Brown at RG at some point. Then Miller and Daley kept seeing the field and I realized it was hopeless. Slight slight silver lining, if we’re OK with BC and moton on the ends…. The middle of the line is slightly easier of a fix. Just has to be done properly. Also, how has Elf been at center? -
Glass half full…..we now own the number 6 overall pick
Eric4280 replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
Well no. I wanted two firsts. But I definitely wouldn’t hate more quantity of picks. -

Eric4280 replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
Nope and I got blasted for even considering it lmao. We need quantity and quality. -
I have plenty idea what I’m talking about. Once again. I said we need to consider this. If Cross or Neal fall to 6, I could see an established team kinnnnnda wanting a potential franchise tackle. And we sure as hell can use one too, but we just need so much more. Crazier things have happened and you keep questioning my intelligence when I discuss a possibility? If I’d told you that Miami was going to trade 2 firsts to move up and get waddle , would I have been playing madden?
-
Normally , yeah , id wanna just keep the 6th. But the lack of picks we have just makes me personally want to acquire more assets.
-
Totally wasn’t madden when Miami traded 12th overall and their next years first for the 6th pick..
