The guys saying dont take a QB will be the same ones complaining that we arent competitive. You have a #1 overall pick with Bust Young as your only QB, you have to at least take a hard look at them. We either have a rookie QB or a journeyman, no way can we go into another season touting Bust as the starter.

I think the biggest turn off last season was Tepper forcing Bryce on people after him putting 16 games of "my god this guy fuging sucks" on tape.

They factor in draft position over actual ability too much of the time. Its the same reason we went into the season with Bryce as the unquestioned starter.

At this point its basically like giving Rhule his 3rd season, we all know Canales is in over his head, but with Teppers past he pretty much has to let Dave go another year unless.......

This team is definitely worse, we won 2 games with Bust Young at QB, no way in hell we could win a game with him this season. Weekly blowouts would be in order...

I think Sanders&Sanders is the most likely with the way Tepper thinks....

The last game he started he got less than 100 with the top guys on the field...... He might not top 50....

I never said to overpay Dionte, I said they should see what he wants in a contract and if we didnt agree then trade him..... I guess if we want to pay Higgins 30+ a season we can kick the tires....I dont see him signing with us for less than Aiyuk got from SF...

The dude has 300 yards and 3 TDs playing next to Chase.... I don't get the hype of wanting him as a #1 WR. Someone is going to overpay him IMO

Tepper sucks, but other teams have also given up on these QBs.

Marty was just happy to not be fired with MoRon.... Marty gave us actual talent even though he was not a good GM....Fitt and Morgan have not done anything but strip our team down.

That should have been done in the offseason instead of further gutting of the team to allow Morgan to build an offense he thought Bryce could succeed in. Any NFL personnel worth anything would have told Tepper that they were not going into the season with Bust Young as their main QB option which is why we ended up with Morgan and Canales.

Darnold had some success here as well, but if you think he would be tearing it up for us right now and we would be looking like a playoff team you are sadly mistaken. He has cooled off considerably in their last couple of games, but they have a good overall team built around him. Minnesota is fifth in points allowed per possession (1.49) and has the second-best points per game differential in the NFL (+10.2)

This. I dont know why people keep harping on the run game like it is some beast we can lean on. What the fug is Canales supposed to do when he calls a run and it nets 1.5-2 yards? Call it two more times and punt? People pining for the RB to get 20+ carries need to go watch some old school reruns or some poo.

Thielen has been nothing but a dick with his comments since coming to Carolina. He seems bitter that Carolina is the only squad he can still get starts on.

I want to know what vet WR is going to show great leadership after getting blown out 40-7 while watching guys miss multiple assignments. Damn near the entire team is in shambles and WR is not the position to be looking for to receive great leadership.

Imagine thinking Chuba is worth a 2nd+ on the trade market or that he will get a 5 year 60m contract on the open market.....lol Chuba is probably worth a 4th or 5th and he will be had for like 6-7 mil a year.

Dalton is 36 and our other QB is bust young, We have to pickup a QB in FA or the draft. You cant seriously go into another season with only these 2 as your viable QB options. Dalton isnt even under contract for next season....

Well we have old man Dalton and Bust Young as our 2 QB options. We pretty much have to look in FA or the draft for a QB. I wouldnt go into next season with only those 2 options, but then again I wouldnt have done that this season either.

He only needs 20 carries to match Biakabutuka's 611 carries. I like Chuba, hes cool, but hes not some all time back. If he is willing to resign cheap he will be around, if some team is willing to pay him let the man walk.

When you have a guy eating 80% of the pass rushing snaps and has a 0% win rate, that is kind of hard to do. I dont think some of you realize the level of terrible that Evero is working with.
