  1. the Huddle is always open for new threads if you dont like what the coaching staff is doing...
  2. Could be worse, we could have traded for Joe Burrow... Am I doing it right?
  3. Just to be clear, I am not saying Darnold is good or better than Flacco. I just don´t think Mims is as good as the hype was on this forum in last years draft season.
  4. Robbie and DJ will like this. Any analysis why he throws so many interceptions and why his completions are so low?
  5. Mims who amazed a 46% catching rate when playing with Flacco... Nah. If Mims is one of the best weapons, then you are in trouble.
  6. Like we did with Cam Newton. Quickly. Can somebody create a poll, when will we cut Teddy. (if Darnold starts bad, and Teddy is still on the team, media will start talking about, should they start Teddy. This scenario will Panthers of course avoid, by cutting Teddy).
  7. The amount of interception along with his poor completion percentage concerns me. Completion % can be fixed with a better scheme, example, Cam in 2018 and 2020 at Patriots. Also, Darnold will have CMC for some easy completions and help moving the chain so that do not concern me that much. The interceptions does. Some say he tries to much and push the ball downfield because he have no playmakers. But was that also the case in college?
  8. If they grade his throws and exclude his run after first read. It does not. Thats why I want the description. Or did I read it wrong. Is it that he throws 90% aftrr his recond read?
  9. First thing. I like Fields. I think he shows promise. What does this really show? Could be. First read, no, ok go check down and not going through all the reads. Or even start running. Would be more interesting if it was after second or third read. And what if the QB starts running.. This does not really say anything with context and more statistics. Do they have a more detailed description of what this is suppose to mean?
  10. This is from when he was hired. We could at least expect something to happen.
  11. Yeah... and I cannot relate that to Div 1 because I do not even have a clue about the competition level at different DI divisions
  12. So I watched some of his few highlights and also about 10 snaps in that game + his TD. That seems to be his worst game during the 2019 season, so maybe he just had a bad day. 2 rec, 21 yards 1 td. But not impressive in any way. Track star, sure, getting locked up by smaller backs all the time and cannot beat press. But he sure is big, but there are about ~10 other guys just as big as him in the draft. What competition level is this? (I have of course, no clue about different college divisions).
  13. I tend to agree. Any other needs? Or those are just a second thought right now...
  14. Any consensus here at the Huddle about what the teams biggest needs are?
  15. Haven't seen this game tape yet, will see his highlights tomorrow. But there are a bunch of big bodied WR in this class. So he will have to stand out if he wants to be picked.
  16. Ok. Now I found this one because you said there was one clip, uploaded 4 days ago
  17. Is it? Drafted a few guys last year, they need to step up. Can add a CB later in the draft for more competition. Or take a CB early next year. Building for the future and OT is hard to come by.
  18. Which is why a WR in this draft class should be considered a need. We can tag DJ for his fifth year. But Anderson will want more money and if we don't want to put to much money in the position group we can either sign jags or draft a guy. I would prefer a 4-5 rounder but taking someone in the 3rd or 6th would be fine.
  19. There are talks and proposals of creating "vaccination travel passes." So people who are fully vaccinated will be allowed to travel. Not sure if its only a EU thing or Global initiative. But it's happening.
  20. I wanted a rule change, that only teams at or above . 500 should be eligible for the playoffs. Goodbye to that suggestion.
