    I must apologize, my sarcasm at times doesnt translate well in text form lol. At this point I would welcome us signing him, Trey Lance, trading for Jameis Winston, asking about Deshaun Watson and playing phone tag with Tom Brady before I ever fully entertain a season of Bryce Young being the defacto Starting Quarterback of the Panthers.

    I was going to make my first ever thread about BY and comparing him to a Jets quarterback of yesteryear (not the one you are thinking of). Was probably gonna be my longest and well thought-out post on this site. But then the Panthers beat the Cowboys and all the steam went out. He is a lightning rod, I will give him that.

    There was some hype about Mendoza coming into the season. He was efficient at Cal (accurate, good arm) and Indiana's coaching staff has been getting the best out of previous Quarterbacks. The next two weeks are the ones to look out for, Faces Iowa and then Oregon.

    Every season that passes, that label is looking less true: Geno Smith continued to be serviceable for the Seahawks, taking them to the playoffs more than once. Baker Mayfield actually had a better season after he left and is picking up where he left off this season.

    I would have agreed with you....except Brian Thomas Jr. is a freak of nature, putting up star numbers even with Mac Jones as his quarterback.

    so...I dont mean for this to come off harsh, but what the heck are you talking about ? Saquon came into the league with a poor Giants offensive line, Quarterback play and was able to overcome that for many years, injuries not withstanding.
