I use a patty press, put a cast iron pan in the oven to preheat on broil, burgers in for 8 minutes, always perfect juicy burgers. Haven't had a fast food or even grilled burger since (except at family cookouts).

I'm currently watching the 96 playoff game against Dallas and Madden saying about the team "...how much pride they have in it.
