  1. History tells me we should do the opposite of what fitterer wants at QB
  2. We signed Andy Dalton who hasn't been good or won many game for nearly a decade. Hopefully he finds a team.
  3. I think people feel it's an overpay for a guy who isn't a no 1 on a team with no WR. He's no spring chicken so others have complained about his age and decline in production. Fair complaints, but it's a bit nitpicky. He's a very good addition on paper.
  4. I can judge 2003 because it happened. I saw us go from a 7-9 team to an 11-5 team. Jake Delhomme is without question our greatest free agent signing. You're just typing to type. Probably drunk.
  5. The 2003 free agent class was better. You're stuck in the moment like I said. Pull your skirt down.
  6. Foreman was thrusted into the role of starter and it worked out, but he is certainly nowhere near the caliber of player as CMC. The question was whether this is the greatest FA of all time when it's really in line with what we see each year. As it stands the team filled holes with vets and we still don't know if we'll have success at the QB even though we have a high draft pick. Y'all did this same song as dance two years ago when Fitt came and brought in a bunch of guys.
  7. Dalton is not good and he was not good last year. Bell is an upgrade at the position, but Chinn wasn't the issue. Sanders is a good pickup, but his role is the replace CMC not Foreman was a backup. We switched formations and added a NT, that's good. But none of this falls in line with the idea of it being our best free agency of all time. That was your threshold.
  8. Only position we really upgraded was TE. We replaced CMC AND Moore with Sanders and Thielen. Both downgrades. The team still has questions to be answered at QB although we have the no 1 pick. I think you might be high on the hopium, which is fine, but you're definitely in the moment.
  9. Or maybe he's talking about the team surrounding him with garbage QBs year after year
  10. DJs a good man. He probably reads the Huddle were folks call him a no 2 receiver every day.
  11. He wasn’t that good and had a bad injury history. if he weren’t big, white, and an above average athlete no one would be speaking on him.
  12. If the panthers are going to pay 20+mil for Jg me then trade picks to draft a qb they might as well join the Lamar sweepstakes.
  13. This is nonsense. The gripe amongst ravens fans is the team hasn’t gotten a deal done and will potentially lose him forONLY. 2 first round picks.
  14. Why would it? he can still sit out this season and the Ravens have no viable alternative at QB. It’s almost guaranteed he’d hold out. the ravens are going to have to up their offer from before if they want to keep Lamar. anyone thinking he’s not going to land a deal isn’t reading the room. He’s better than Watson without the baggage.
  15. Why, the Ravens still have to negotiate against what Jackson believes he’s worth?
  16. If we can’t get Stroud, then yes. But I’m not sure they’d get a high first for him if they’re moving him and Carr is still a free agent.
  17. Should have gone for a first was my gripe.
  18. He wasn't good weeks 10-17. If he were good they'd have kept him.
  19. Wentz hasn't been good in a long time. This is on oar with asking to bring cam back.
  20. The players were all in on Rhule too. This is cope.
  21. There's nothing exciting about this hire.
