I mean, Tepper did make Rhule pay for his burger/meal when he first hired him. -

Fitterer is staying because he paid Teppers fine lol -
Bench Icky or move him to guard
CarolinaRideorDie replied to Panthers Fan 69's topic in Carolina Panthers
He looks complacent, it should be in his contract that every sack he gives up, he loses 1 million. It should be incentive laden to light a fire under his ass. -
For all that is holy please let this season end GameDay Thread

Based on how the huddle is posting, maybe I won't tune in to watch the game. Doesn't sound like I'm missing much and I don't wanna ruin my Christmas mood. lol -
Dave Tepper wants Ben Johnson
CarolinaRideorDie replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
But did you pay her asking price? lol -
I'm sure Tepper cares that Panthers vs Falcons tickets are only $18 bucks do to poor play! Hit him where it hurts, his bank account!

Where we were vs. where we are.....
CarolinaRideorDie replied to BeenPounding's topic in Carolina Panthers
Cam absolutely nailed it in one of his podcasts about the downfall of the Panthers and it's because of Tepper's meddling that has destroyed the culture of the team and locker room. Tepper knows he has money and thinks he can just hire the biggest next big name in football and expect great things from it. Hired Rhule when there was a lot of hype, hired Joe Brady as OC even though he lacked exp, hired this expensive coaching staff this offseason. Next he will try to hire Ben Johnson because he is the hottest name this offseason. Tepper understands money, but he doesn't understand human relationship and football is very much about camaraderie. Tepper needs to hire a leader in his next hire, look what Dan Campbell has done for the Lions after decades of losing. -

Panthers Vs Saints 1PM Gameday Thread

lol, we are a trash team. Players are checked out, not in the game mentally and missing assignments getting other teammates killed. -
I am not upset with the firings by David Tepper. Ron needed to be fired and is under the hot seat in Washington this year. Rhule needed to be fired too. Frank also needed to be fired as well. The biggest issue is with David's HIRING, not his FIRING!.

BREAKING!!: Panthers will go after Ben Johnson
CarolinaRideorDie replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
At the end of the day, Money Talks baby! -
I agree that he doesn’t like to lose, and it’s because of his ego. At the same time I think he believes that he can just throw his money around and buy the biggest name and expect success. The panthers have the most expensive since staff in the NFL and that didn’t lead to success. I am at least encouraged that he is willing to spend money to try and find the right people. What he needs is a nfl counseling firm to help find his next staff kind of like what Richardson did after firing Hurney.

“Keep a close eye on Belichik to Carolina”

lol at this rumor. It would be Bill’s ego vs. Tepper’s ego! That’s like adding gasoline to fire. -
A Bleak Picture Concerning Bryce
CarolinaRideorDie replied to TylerDurden's topic in Carolina Panthers
This is why I also think Frank needed to be fired. Yes, Tepper may have meddled too much, but it wasn’t up to Tepper to evaluate this team and come up with the offensive scheme and plays. Tepper didn’t draw the X’s and O’s. Overall this situation is like the Titan submersible, it was a a poor plan to start with and expect tragedy at the end. -

The offense got Frank fired? Or was it Franks offense that got him fired? -
LOL, JUST LOL

My question is what the hell is this coaching staff doing? Are they even coaching these players up with all this bad technique? Where is Josh McCown? Where is Jim Caldwell? I thought this was an All Star staff who when knew football? Bad football is being coached, with poor technique and lack of discipline with penalties.
-
The failure of this offense falls on Frank and Thomas Brown. Wasn't this staff supposed to be All-Star with decades of knowledge? At this point all of these old geezers (Dom Capers, Jim Caldwell, etc) are just collecting checks and don't care, they are closer to retirement and don't have anything to prove anymore. We need young innovative eager to prove themselves coaches. Trash organization = trash team.

Brian Burns NFL’s top 2024 Free Agent
CarolinaRideorDie replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Good, let Burns value go up. Trade him to the highest bidder in the offseason and build this offense. Sorry but Burns is not helping this team win games, so we need as much assets we can get to help develop Bryce. -
I blame Wilks for the fool's gold. He took over and all of a sudden we were competitive and won some games, that lead to us thinking we were just a QB away from making playoffs. Obviously that wasn't true, our team lacks talent and we can't draft for crap too. Terrible recipe for success.

Daniel Jeremiah on Panthers Offense/Bryce
CarolinaRideorDie replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
All of these points are accurate and point to the failure of Frank and Fitt. Poor scheme, that's on Frank. Poor player personnel, that's on Fitt. When you have both, you get these current results. I have been disappointed in Bryce's play but my disappointment in this staff and FO is unrepairable.
