  1. Nico is good. He's got a fantastic arm
  2. Y'all really wanted this guy at 1.1
  3. Hence the "amongst other terrible decisions"
  4. Woods has been solid for us too, but overall I see definite upgrades at EDGE x 2, NT, DE, NB, LB, SS, and CB 2 So basically the entire defense. My ideal lineup going into next year would be DE- Brown NT- new player DE- Robinson Edge 1 Clowney/Rookie Backup 2-3 rd round Edge 2- High draft pick Rookie LB- Wallace LB- Rookie/Jewell/Shaq CB 1- Horn CB 2- Jackson/Rookie 2nd or 3rd round pick S- rookie/FA S- Woods
  5. Why do you need stability at the GM and HC position? Because a GM that KNOWS he's going to be here for a few years is more willing to trade down and acquire future assets (see Rams trade last year). We desperately need that. A GM that feels like the owner is liable to fire him any second burns through assets and resources like there is no tomorrow because the future doesn't matter.
  6. I see your point but over-drafting and reaching at positions of need has landed us where we are today amongst other terrible decisions
  7. In a trade down scenario or in the second round yes. But as a top 3 pick? He doesn't look like that to me. I'm not saying he won't be a good QB but if you have a top 3 pick you have to take a difference maker unless you are trading out of the spot
  8. Here's the thing: there's absolutely no guarantee that works. What this team needs above all else is talent and stability. You can't get talent if you keep going "all in" on bandaid fixes. You can't have stability if you keep turning over the entire front office and coaching staff.
  9. I truly don't think Deion would let Shedeur play for us. He feels like a Raider all the way
  10. He was actually really good last year, hasn't played as well this year but I wouldn't say he's been bad. This feels like they needed a scapegoat or he was desperate to get out and they couldn't find a trade partner.
  11. That's my hope. This year doesn't look great for QBs. I really hope they just wait until 2026 to draft a rookie. Our team has so many holes on it that drafting a rookie here wouldn't be beneficial to them anyway
  12. are you included edge in this? Because IMO our most pressing needs are 1 Edge 2 MLB 3 NT 4 TE 5 CB 6 WR 7 S We could use multiple people at edge IMO. I would be happy if they draft two in the first three rounds This is of course excluding QB which is truly our number one need but that can't be addressed IMO this offseason
  13. Honestly of all the years to suck and have our first round pick (I still get ill thinking about that) this year looks like not the best one to have a top 3 pick. Seems like there are good players that would normally be graded as round 1 picks but a lack of superstars. last year on the other hand....god fug david tepper
  14. how does the NFL keep picking awful games to play in the Thursday night football slot? Just abolish it
  15. calm down Mr. Deac a one year membership to costco?
  16. At least with Dalton our games are watchable. With Bryce it's a completely broken offense as defenses know he can't challenge them more than 10 yards. I'd say sit him and let his mystique build hopefully the dolphins bite this offseason and trade for him
  17. Panthers shouldn't be trading anything away right now, unless they want a future conditional seventh or something
  18. fug it I'll chip in like 20 bucks even if it is going to one of you fugers buying Miller Lite and not towards a billboard
  19. I just realized that when my brain thinks of CMC, the first image that pops into my head is of him as a 49er. We are a sad franchise yall
  20. That's kind of insane CMC only rushed that much for us, he was hurt so often during his career here
  21. I have become so disillusioned with tepper that I have literally zero hope we will be good again with him as the owner. He is too involved to ever have a stable, consistently winning organization. We may be an average team again, we might even make the playoffs one day, but to build an organization like the Ravens or Steelers who are consistently good teams and have sustained runs of success you have to have solid ownership. It's the literal bedrock which you build upon. I think our only hope is that he becomes so frustrated by people calling him out that he decides he'd rather retire in Miami and not have to listen to people constantly drag his name through the mud. The problem with that is, I truly don't think he cares what anyone else thinks. It's a hallmark of a narcissist. In his mind I think he keeps thinking that he is one next "big move" away from hitting the jackpot. It's ironic we play Washington this weekend but in his mind he will probably use their success this season to say "see all you need is Jaden Daniels." And then convince himself someone like Cam Ward is that person, who we will overdraft and yet again be stuck right where we are now.
  22. I would be trying like hell to resign him right now, but I bet his camp is wanting him to hit the open market this offseason. If he isn't going to re-sign no matter what we offer then it makes sense to trade him but the compensation is going to be bad
