History shows majority of QBs that come from those schools don’t have successful NFL careers. As I said, you will have an exception every once in a blue moon. But it is exactly that an exception.

Will Stroud and Tua have been the exception. Never draft QBs from Alabama, Ohio or USC. I know Caleb Williams is getting a ton of hype but the fact he is from USC would have me worried if we did have our first pick.

I do not understand why the Teppers think Fitt should be retained. He has been one of the worst GMs in the NFL from day one. This is stupid. He was the one I really wanted gone. I would rather Reich be retained then see Fitt mismanage the off-season for another year.

If Tepper really wants Johnson he needs to do whatever he can to get him. New GM, ability to pick own staff, Tepper agreeing to stay the hell out of Johnson’s way. Like you have said before I don’t know if it is possible for Tepper to do that. But if he wants Johnson he is going to have to change.

Would love to see Bryce more under center.

Bryce wouldn’t be a runner. The RPO would be to the normal running back. Think Goff with the Rams.

We have no idea why he withdrew. Wouldn’t be the first time a potential HC decided to go back for another year. I very much doubt he decided to not interview again because of Tepper. Remember he canceled all his remaining interviews and decided to return to the Lions.

I believe the reports that the Panthers job is desirable. Plus this is the only off-season the team doesn't have a first round pick. So if the Panthers suck again the new coach will have something to work with in 2025 draft.

If the Texans after being a dumpster fire for 2 seasons and firing two coaches after 1 year still got the coach they wanted. I will not be surprised if the Panthers land the coach they wanted. People forget we have a first round pick after next season. So even if we suck again the new HC will have something to work with. It will not surprised me if we get Ben Johnson.

Ben Johnson is at the top of my list. Could build an offense to Bryce’s strengths.

You can look it up online. But there is an article saying Holcomb would remain our DC if Wilks is hired. Nah, Holcomb proved a number of times he was a low to mid tier DC.

It was reported that Holcomb would be our DC if Wilks was hired, ugh. Holcomb sucked and was one of the reason I was glad Wilks wasn’t the hire.

I thought there was a report during the interview process that Wilks wanted to go after Stroud if he was hired. Because Wilks plan for the offense was the most important part of his interview.

Yeah. Since reports have come out that he outright refused to build his offense around Bryce my opinion is he is the worst Panthers QB.
