Well none of the usual suspects can claim the defense isn't stepping up for the offense. They are giving them the chance to win it credit due.

Nah I've seen enough playmakers for this team traded away. Just see how he finishes the season and go from there.

Eh he's played better today. But this is the issue. We're once again moving the ball largely due to a historic perfomance by our RB. But late in the game is when you need to see your #1 pick step up and make a game changing play. Instead we see awful clock management throws into the dirt false starts and then wide misses to open receivers. Tired of celebrating just achieving the bare minimum.

How do you miss that throw???? If anyone has the numbers for Bryce's career on third and long I'd like to see it.

Situation like this is what I was concerned with regarding the Chuba extension. He's good but the question was how much of an impact did paying two interior OL $150 million have on that? But it's also a question of sustainability. It's best to just wait and see how Rico finishes the season.
