    Bucs are arguably worse based on how they've played the majority of the game. We have been getting outcoached. And despite what some homers here have argued today QB is still a need.

    At some point ya'll gotta accept the refs aren't going to do a damn thing for us and we have to control our own destiny. Anyway the refs didn't make Canales opt to bring out his kicker on 4th and 1 not once but twice only to watch him poo the bed. For whatever reason our head coach has zero confidence in this offense. His offense.

    Chuba is another conversation too. We just paid him all that money but we're clearly trying to show the league we made the right move in trading up for Brooks by featuring him heavily.

    Why were we in the position for our kicker to poo the bed on 4th and 1 yard multiple times though? I refuse to believe that Canales is simply that stupid. Either he doesn't believe in his offense or he doesn't believe in Bryce. That's the only takeaway I can have from it.

    Brooks looks good but given the investment we recently made in Chuba you have to feed him too. That's going to be the conundrum going forward and what happens when you invest the way we have.

    I do agree he does look much more confident and it's nice to see. Still the question of just how viable this passing offense is with him remains. Between the 20's he's been fine. Red zone? Not so much. But still. We're nursing a 3 point lead against a bad Bucs team at home and they just put in their backup. 13 points isn't going to be enough to beat most teams in the NFL more often than not. And Baker Mayfield himself has kept us in this one. And as I'm typing this Baker just gave us another gift. Can't keep making excuses here. We have an offensive minded head coach. Get. In. The. Damn. Endzone.

    After all the complaints about our defense these guys are doing the damn thing out there. Enough dicking around on offense.

    The facts are we cannot adequately throw the ball in the red zone. If we want to argue victomhood from the refs for the bad call cool but the league doesn't give a poo. Can't give them any reason to question a play we need to get better that's all there is to it.

    Oh god please stop being so dramatic. Nobody is sending Bryce to the guillotine here. But our offense absolutely needs to improve in the red zone. And as I finish typing this we just punted again. At this point I'll be shocked if we even score 20 points. We have some injuries yes but we've invested a ton in this offense. 150 million in one offseason on the interior OL. 1st and 2nd round picks traded up for offensive skill players. This offensive output is unacceptable. Doesn't matter where you want to assign blame it has to change.

    Of course I would be thrilled to have Evans. But we drafted a point guard so we wouldn't need to invest heavily in weapons

    I gotta be honest. After all the talk of winning for the culture against two teams that already have or eventually will fire their head coach (Saints and Giants) it's not a good look to see him looking like pre Riverboat Rivera out there.

    My guy I've been saying all along Baker and the Bucs aren't that good they only have 5 wins for a reason you don't have to convince me of anything here lol.

    It's almost 2025 and we can't see that play from every angle imaginable in our stadium? Can we blame this on Tepper somehow?

    I agree with you. But so far in this game even with the mistakes the Bucs have made we have gone out of our way to swing momentum to them with these dumb field goals. We finally went for it on 4th and the refs screwed us. If you weren't a Panthers fan you would laugh.

    Fair or not that 29th ranked defense is keeping our passing game out of the end zone.
