  1. Didn't Rhule say that he did not want to include Arnold in the CJ deal? It is what it is. You have to give up something to get something and we got a way better SOMETHING.
  2. Hmm...I think you're right. You're actually telling OTHERS to stop it with the Kyle Allen/Matt Moore Game 5 threshold. My deepest apologies for my knee-jerk response to you, friend.
  3. They will do that only if they get rid of Urban Meyer.
  4. You found Matt Paradis's old home videos. How nice.
  5. I thought this thread was an actual weather advisory for Charlotte...
  6. I have a question : Now this could be me overthinking things here but...could it be that he just didn't want to be near his family and wanted to just get away from them(and couldn't because he was drafted to the team that plays in Jacksonville, FLORIDA)? I mean Urban Meyer being the Coach didn't help matters of course but if you go back to his reaction at the draft, he was the only person that wasn't Enthused.
  7. Interesting. Thanks. Interestingly enough, none of those turnovers were INTs (I am *not* counting that shovel-pass/toss as an INT. I thought that was BS that the statisticians did.)
  8. So we've given up on Sam so quickly? Corn? Is that what the "C" in CJ stands for?
  9. I don't. I think they find a way to pull of the win.
  10. sigh... These comparisons are ridiculous. None of those two players are even remotely comparable to Sam. Matt Moore, during his time with Carolina, played a total of 13 games throughout 3 seasons. Was he a backup at that point, I don't know. Kyle Allen's "best" statistical season had him start 5-3, then lost 8 STRAIGHT GAMES to finish the season. (Suffice it to say, i just don't see the team losing 8 straight...) This whole "waiting for the other shoe to drop" is so NY Jets-esque. We are not the Jets. We have competent Coaching, Ownership(now), and PLAYERS.
  11. What I'm seeing with Wilson is the same crap I saw with Sam. Except that Sam managed to win his first ever Game unlike Zach. I wonder what team he'll end up being traded to after 3 years?
  12. He's had Zero passing INTs, 2 fumbles(that Paradis recovered both times), and that turnover that was ruled an INT when it really wasn't. Ball Security should be the focus during this mini-bye along with getting more familiar with throwing to others not named CMC.
  13. Now that is surprising and it tells me one of two things : 1.) That the Jets Cornerbacks are downright horrid or 2.) He purposely did not throw the ball deep as a Panther
  14. Certainly helps when your QB had already gone through 3 years of Growing Pains (Of Hell) in NY before coming here. These other QBs are just beginning their journey and I'm sure many a coach will be gone by Year 3.
  15. It's basically at a point where we should just let them have at it with the verbal BJ's toward every other f--king team aside from ours, and in the meantime we'll watch them take care of business.
  16. Yeah...I was referring more or less to the 2nd half as a whole. When they lost CMC, they were out-of-sorts and almost everything went wrong.
  17. We talk about Young QBs with their growing pains.... ....well I think we're lucky enough to have one (still young) who went through 3 seasons of "Growing Pains" already....
  18. Mac Jones just tossed one up there like he was Lameis Winston... He's lucky that wasn't picked off and that the Pats WR was alert enough to come down with it and somehow stay inbounds and stretch the ball over the endzone. Not impressed by him in the least. And he's looked the "best" of the others today.
  19. maybe the reason he was walking with his head down was more that he was disappointed that he was taken out of the game?
  20. I really hope that the focus during these 10 days is Ball Security for Sam 'cause aside from that, he's done pretty well.
