I don't think the right answer was CJ over Bryce. I think the right answer was be patient and look for your qb in '24 when you had Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Drake Maye, Michael Penix Jr., J.J. McCarthy and Bo Nix all available.

Would not be worth Brown and two firsts especially after we just drafted two edge rushers at 51 and 77. Maybe Scourton a first and a second but the Cowboys wanted interior line. It is also a move for a team trying to break into elite super bowl contender status and that is not us even w/ Micah. Keep those draft picks and keep hoping Bryce develops into a franchise qb.

We used a fourth on Trevor Etienne so its sounds like we are hedging our (bad) bet. If Brooks can play in '26, I guess we let Dowdle go and end up w/ a rb room of a 4th, 2nd, and 4th round picks, which seems like a lot of draft capital to me for the position. This year's draft had rbs go in the first (1), second (2), 3rd (1), fourth (6), fifth (3), sixth (4), seventh (6). I think the Dolphins will end up with a steal in Ollie Gordon in the sixth.

I'm not opposed to the trade in general as this team needs a lot more work, but the Vikings should have been more desperate w/ Addison out so i think we could have done better. Also, this hurts my TJ Hockenson fantasy draft pick.

Not really. My point is that we reached for a qb we shouldn't have when we didn't have the pieces in place for him to succeed. Both of those things can be true at once, especially when you are a dumb franchise. Regardless, we have bent over backwards to rectify the wr situation and i don't think we need to continue down that path; its make or break time for by.

Bryce Young needs: Jonathan Mingo (pick 39 in '23), XL (pick 32 in '24), Tet McMillan (pick 8 in '25)....enough already. We made a mistake selling the farm for a short qb with crap wrs and oline, but have gone out of our way since then to help him. Time to produce.

The majority of everything i have seen in the form of 2026 draft picks to season predictions has us losing even more games this year.

The few 2026 mock drafts that i have seen have us picking sixth.

They sort of drafted him in case they couldn't reach a deal with Trey Hendrickson. Maybe they are close with Hendrickson. I think the A&M defensive scheme may have hurt Scourton and Stewart's sack numbers but at least Nic had four; Stewart had 1.5. If we hadn't drafted two edge rushers, i would be in favor of exploring a trade for the guy.

How many new starters will we have on defense? That could be a good thing given how bad the D was last year, but it could also take some time for them to gel.

I feel like Jalen Milroe is this year's Anthony Richardson, but he was drafted in the third round with no plans for him to start his first year. He has a much better chance to make it. They thought AR was going to learn to pass in the NFL by being a staring running qb who cannot keep a defense honest. It should not be a surprise that he is struggling and picking up injuries.
