I think we're fine. Just stay put and grab our QB. The most important thing now --we'll just have to be careful with how we maneuver the 39th and 93rd picks. TE wise--Kincaid & Mayer will likely be off the board, WR wise, Flowers, S-N, Addison & Johnston WR: Hyatt, Downs, Scott TE: LaPorta, Musgrave, Washington are the names we should be looking at in my opinion. It could be in our benefit to trade down if a team is targeting one of the many top EDGE talent that will be available. Move down a tad, gain another mid-rounder. Almost HAVE to take a receiving talent, but I tell you, if a guy like Ojulari is available, would he be too good to pass on?

Hopefully he doesn't slip into another dead end situation for years. Feel like him and CMC's entire tenure here was just insanely wasted.

If I remember correctly (may have been different around these parts)...Locker was a distant third but many were definitely touting Gabbert. Then there were a handful thinking Dareus or Peterson were possible options and we could just get Kaep or Dalton in R2.

The two 4ths our nice. I wouldn't put it past this staff to trade up into the 3rd (or) trade slightly down from 39 to the 40s and gain another 4th. Movement is definitely possible here.

Don’t forget the 23 dead cap is a big reason why we started tight. That all trims way back and we’ll be looking at having one of the largest cap space amounts to work with. That being said, would be nice to bring in min 1 legit target this year with some rookies.

Yeah Tillman is being kind of slept on. Great size, physical, sneaky fast, hands catcher/ball fighter. I like the Michael Pittman comp that NFL.com has. Was heavily hyped going into the season. Could be a great pick in R4.

My ideal scenario would be a slight trade down R2 to like 42-50. Gives us the capital to land a Hyatt/Downs + LaPorta/Kraft combo. Think something along those lines would be awesome for a young gun. Wouldn't take the idea of an EDGE in R2 out of the question with Felix and the Northwestern kid, but, man, could be good stuff. Love Tyler Scott and Rashee Rice as well.

Extend it out a year, but also convert the majority of his base to bonus and be done with it.

The trade details are not yet revealed but the Bears will likely be taking on a similar amount that'd we'd likely convert DJ Moore's salary to bonus if he stayed. Elf is gone. We are either reworking or releasing Shaq. We'll have plenty of room. Yeah, pretty laughable dead cap amount--- but relief comes next year after we're out of the Rhule experiment contract echo hell, and we can jiggle out some funds.

I think he's WR1 and a high teens. Long shot IMO.

Either one of the Broncos duo could be had this offseason. Sutton has a bit more of a drops and route running issues, Jeudy is primed to flourish in a new spot.

So my idea after giving it a minute to stew: We have TMJ, Shenault, & Smith. No really proven guys AT ALL, but no doubt you need to add talent via draft to grow with our new QB. Hopkins will be an easy go to as a trade target, but there's a few WRs with forthcoming contracts due...on good teams that simply not not fork over the cashola. The "quiet" trade market: Gabe Davis, Jerry Jeudy, Brandon Aiyuk & Tee Higgins That is the crowd you target. -- Get someone like Jeudy in this building. Pair him with a duo like Josh Downs/Tyler Scott & Andrei Iosivas. Jerry Jeudy-Josh Downs-TMJ-Shenault-Iosivas That's something to build on.

DJ is a top-20 receiver but he’s not a superstar. He’s a Eric Moulds/Tory Holt of this generation. Highly valuable but not irreplaceable. Time to make some moves and build a new corps
