    He has done 0 to win me over, besides being tied to the nostalgia of the team's better years... This move was strictly made to save the locker room. Another year of Rhule/Snow and Tepp faced possibly losing every FA we have and losing the interest of any possible FA targets. Unless Wilks gets us to the playoffs by a miracle, he'll be replaced.

    I think the plan was to clean house of anything related to this story if the ship didn't correct itself. I don't think Wilks had a say in Snow, I think he was as good as gone as soon as Rhule was. Putting Wilks in charge was to save the locker room before it was too late, nothing else. I don't see him remaining HC after this year unless he manages to get us in the playoffs.

    We've tried replacing a grown ass man at QB1 with mere little boys. We've tried replacing a wise veteran of the game at coach, with a cutesy coach fitted for leading high school kids. The culture of a team lives and dies with their leaders and leaders we do not have.

    Desperation to save face. Another person Rhule can throw under the bus to keep his job alive another year. Rhule fully intends to be here 7 years and the organization has made moves that tend to solidify that thought as well.

    At least we’ll get a higher draft pick… at the end of the day only one team wins the SB and no matter how much I love this team, we weren’t winning it with Rhule as coach and Baker at QB1.

    Rhule stays for the full 7... then Tepper gets to say "your 7 year Jay Z theory ended up wrong" and can cast blame or he can say "I was a great/genius owner for keeping him the full time." He can point blame or take the credit either way it goes then.

    Definitely seems like a dude who got paid, shows up to collect a check, and then hurries home to the family. I was a fan of the move, but the big plays he’s made anyone could have made. Shows 0 that makes me believe he’s the answer at QB1
