Ickey is fine and he is still young. Just needs to heal but now we can load iff Moton contract at the end of the year and move Ickey to RT. -

There are alot of picks thats werent expected this early. There will be someone at 19. -
Highly doubt J Rod is there but if he is this would be a huge win for the defense

BOLD TAKE: Panthers will draft Jacob Rodriguez @19
ncsfinest21 replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Rodriguez is my pick. Dude came in college as a QB. Understands the mindset and one of our biggest issues last year was the middle of the field and coverage. Some worried about his size. You can put on mass but the mechanics is where its at. With DB require attention on the line, he will be able to get through for the run but his coverage skills is off the chart. Ive been saying this for weeks. He would be my pick. He wasnt a heisman runner up for nothing. -
Honest prayers to your family. As a Christian, I can pray all I want but if God gives me the means, I donate. So Let me know how I can help. I live in Jacksonville NC. I'll post this on my FB and spread it.

Draft intel from ESPN’s Jordan Reid
ncsfinest21 replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Right! the defense is stacked and literally one LB away from being one of the best defenses in the league. The talent is there and Im a firm believer that you build in the trenches. I believe the best way you help Bryce out is giving him time and that means get a OT. -
I like rodriguez. The fact that he played QB and went to MLB gives him a edge that many LBs dont have and thats the ability to know the play setup and understand the mind of the QB. He will be almost Luke like once he gets comfortable. He would be what the defense is missing.

Tony Pauline’s 2026 NFL Mock Draft 4.0
ncsfinest21 replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
We either go TE, OL, or LB 1st. Anything else would be deep and maybe a backup and not starting. I want linebacker the most and if we can get rodriguez Id be happy. But whats the chances he is there at pick 51. I was right about Parsons and right on a couple first picks. And I think the first pick should be Saadiq, Hill Jr or Rodriguez. -
BREAKING: 2026 NFL DRAFT HAT DOES NOT SUCK
ncsfinest21 replied to Soul Rebel's topic in Carolina Panthers
I dont know if you guys see but this is pretty sick. Look inside the hat in the front. It has blue eyes inside. Nice lil touch. -
To be honest, I really want Rodriguez in the 2nd if he is there. This guy is special. I would love Saadiq in the first and Rodriguez in the 2nd or Hill Jr.

This is the best plan. Convince me otherwise

Dont know how big of a difference is between SS and FS but can Ransom not move to FS? -
YOOOOOOO Merry freaking Christmas!

Hill can be the new TD and Rod can be a Luke type (nobody like Luke though)

Should Dave Canalas be on the HOT seat??
ncsfinest21 replied to Jackson113.2's topic in Carolina Panthers
Honestly, I dont think he should be on the hot seat yet. A bad start to next year, then yes. Despite our mistakes on play calling this past season, we played better than anticipated overall. Bryce showed improvement and maturity (although still not nowhere close to our expectations). Better record and 2-15 to 5-12 to 8-9. Despite what we feel the stats dont lie we are improving by 3 wins a year. Could 11-6 be our expectation. That's a high bar but at the rate we are going, thats what its looking like. We all want to see a 5-12 to a 13-4 record but we are methodically moving up. Success doesnt happen overnight (well in most cases). IMO we are struggling mostly on the defensive end. LB and edge are our biggest weakness. I see Bryce making improvements (even though I was a Bryce hater) next year. Biggest concern is LT on offense. How to fix this? We need a big name edge or to trade up and get a big name edge or LB and pick up one in FA and draft one. Also if in the 3rd we can pick up a TE. Dont know if Sanders is the answer or Tremble (even though I love Trembles blocking and power after the catch). If these two can get their footwork together they would be great. Maybe all they need is a better TE coach. And if Brooks can stay healthy and be the back we thought he could be, man that would be great -
proves alot of what ive told people. The OC should take alot more blame than players. Coaching and system play a big part. Cant fit a square peg through a circle hole. Our OC have been incompetent for a while.
-
exactly why I didnt think he shouldve played.
-
Stroud for sure. Try playing in a hostile crowd while your used to playing in a dome and above 50 temp. Stroud would kill it with this lineup we have.
-
I was a Bryce hater and didnt like the pick. I will say this year he has grown and I like the direction he is heading. I think he needs a better backup the Dalton to expand his game. He has learned enough from Dalton and needs to have another vet that can get him over the hump and be a good back up when needed.
-
The problem with Horn Jr is he has too much speed and Bryce cant throw the long bomb to him to exploit that. He doesnt have the height to catch anything like TMac and Coker can. Horn would be great to convert to a KR/PR.
-
Na we need LBs and a bonafide edge rusher

As someone who has not liked Bryce throughout the season…
ncsfinest21 replied to LegioX's topic in Carolina Panthers
I was a Bryce hater but he has won me over this year. I truly believe he is finding his rhythm and is going to turn the leaf over next year. Great season and I hope they work on developing his long passes next year. He showed he can throw beyond 20 yards and have accuracy and making wise decisions.
