    Cam was a JR pick. I wouldn't be suprised if Tepper wants to distance himself from that even if it means a lot to fans. Tepper doesn't have a marque player thats his really..they wer mostly picks from the past panthers

    I think this underestimates the ego of a coach. He probably thought he could fix him and it was for sure apart of the reason Tepper hired him
