PJ's Agent not certified

You associate with trouble, you will find trouble. If you find trouble as frequently as PJ does, it's only a matter of time before that trouble takes your career.

This kid needs guidance right now. Not excuses.

I have associated with trouble my entire life. And as of now (28 yrs old) have never personally "found trouble".

How has he stayed the course?

He was caught with possession of drugs, driving without a license, there was a gun present (without a license). He's punched a high school kid playing pickup. Any normal parent would have gotten the kid help after the first incident that looks a lot like a drug deal.

And if that's not enough he loaned a car to the most troubled player in the NFL who just happened to be bailed out of jail by the same convicted felon that rented P.J.'s car for him while he was at UNC.

I understand that by technicality he didn't break any laws but he broke NCAA rules and if you can't follow a simple school rule then you probably won't be able to follow the rules of life.

Plain and simple.

By the way like I've pointed out before, just because you aren't convicted doesn't mean you aren't guilty.

You are confusing "he" with other people.

He has followed the rules of life perfectly fine. Doesnt have anything on his record and stayed out of trouble in the DL.

You're missing the point bud.

Just because you haven't found trouble doesn't mean other people haven't as well. Like I said earlier, there is a good chance that you have a stronger sense of morality and a greater ability to say no than most people.

For the most part, who you hang out with is a reflection of your character. I can attest to this because I've found myself doing stuff with certain friends that I would definitely not do recreationally.

It's scientifically proven, I don't know how much more conclusive you could possibly want it.

So he wasn't in the car that had the drugs (association is still a crime)?

Not to mention he was the driver of the car and was driving without a license (also a crime).

His car was rented by a convicted felon (an NCAA violation.

He punched a high school kid (another crime)

Lack of conviction doesn't mean not guilty.

Quit being so naive. It's making you looks silly.

I am 28 and still probably have some maturity issues and have done and continue to do stupid things on a yearly basis. I dont let it affect my job or life though. Until PJ crosses that line I will give him the benefit of doubt.

Med just admitted he's nearly 30 years old & still acts like a 15 year old. No wonder he's standing up for PJ, they have a lot in common.

Nearly 30 yr old guy with no criminal record who lit up the DL and is about to ball out in the NBA. I think he is doing just fine.

Ovcourse, everyone is different. Until PJ does something illegal or suspendable I will give him the benefit of the doubt.

Anything else is just assumption.

    • Seriously? A CB who missed all that time on his rookie deal and was also a top 10 pick when the guys picked right before and after have been studs. A RB our GMs tried to replace with FAs and 2nd rounders and two backup level players is one of the best drafts we’ve ever had? I’d argue that the 2011/2012 drafts were better even with just Cam and Luke/Norman. Here’s the drafts I think were better: 2017, maybe 2018, 2015, 2013, 2011, 2012, 2008, 2007, 2001, 2002 (just Pepp) I’m hoping 2025 is way better as well. Honestly, we’ve kind of sucked at drafting overall and that’s the only reason you can even remotely call Horn, Hubbard, Tremble and BC a good draft let alone one of our best ever. Good teams that draft well would laugh at that as a great draft. If you want to look at say the 2023 Lions draft, you’d get 4 stud/above average/average starters not just 3 replaceable starters/backups and a top 10 pick that missed half his games. That’s a draft that helps turn a team into a playoff team. Our record since our 2021 draft is 19-49. A best ever draft doesn’t go 19-49.
    • I remember when football was great.    Wasn't this century.
    • Bingo. You can't pay that type of player elite franchise QB money. That average starter type player can excel when he's surrounded by top shelf talent in a great offensive system but pay him elite QB money and you're going to really struggle to surround him with the type of talent you need to carry him. You pay those elite franchise QBs because they can carry your roster. You can't pay guys who have to be carried. Bryce showed glimpses down the stretch last year. I really hope he keeps building on that. But before we back up the Brinks truck he needs to show that he's the type of QB who can lift up and carry the offense because when you pay those guys that's what they're gonna have to do.
