Will the Hornets have an All-star this year?

Recommended Posts

Doubt it. Even though the Hornets have improved, I still think Cle, Mia, Chi, Was, Atl, Tor are gonna be better. Hard to get a player chosen by the coaches that isn't a superstar when you're 7th or 8th. I think best chance is probably Al to replace Hibbert if he has a bad season. But I think Horford might take that spot too.

So, you think we are going to be the 7 seed again?

No way this is a 7th or 8th seed team and Big Al deserved the all star nod last season.

If we're the seventh seed again than this season was a failure.

Personally, I think we're a five seed right now with the potential of being the second, third, or fourth seed if we get Boozer.

We were basically 2 games from the 5 seed last season.

You have to win the division to to get into the top four or be the next best team (i.e. probably Cleveland).

I still think Washington is currently the better team due to their experience and the favorite to win the division.

With Boozer though... look out.

Maybe, i dont think Pierce is an upgrade over Ariza.

I really think we are better or push at all starting 5 positions.

I think we're better at the shooting guard and center position but Washington is definitely better at the power forward position and I give Wall the edge over Walker. I think a lot of our success is contingent on MKG and how he has developed.

Nonetheless, I still maintain that if we sign Boozer we will win the division.

Boozer gives us stability at all five positions and gives us some good bodies off the bench as well.

However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down.
