King vs bersin

Underwood and Brown need to try and show something on ST and convince the coaching staff to roll with 6 wideouts. I don't see any of the top 5 getting unseated at this point.

i dont see Underwood making this team. brown has a chance if he can continue proving he can catch and return punts/kicks

Cotch

Avant

King

Brown

Pilares

Until Bersin shows something in a game, I can't insert him on my list.

NO GOD NO. how do you keep Pilares over Bersin? Bersin has been making hay all camp. Pilares is barely clinging to life with his punt abilities

Underwood hasn't had many opportunities

and he has failed every opportunity given to him. i mentioned in another thread that i only saw him targeted once tonight and he dropped the pass. it was a very catchable one too. i hope he and pilares are the first to go. i would even keep clemmons over the two of them right now. and i dont think clemmons was even targeted in this game

I understand your point, but what has Pilares done? Brown?

I think King and Bersin are poised to become long-term fixtures as the #3-4 WRs for some time.  Nothing wrong with that.

What do you mean did you not see tonight's game? You telling me Pilares performed better than Bersin tonight? Hell no... Bersin did a lot of good things I think they will roll with 6 receivers and cut Pilares he's just not as good a returner as they have hyped him up to be. I never really thought Pilares was that great at returning kicks anyway... He got lucky one time and he almost got walked the one time he got loose in his carreer.

Underwood and Pilares are the odd men out.  King, Bersin, and Lucas shoud make the team and will replace Cotchery and Avant in the future.  Gettleman is laying the groundwork to draft best player available and not reach for need.  We will have a young team that can work together for several years.

Lucas will be on the practice squad. No way he makes the 53-man roster, especially with his inability to return kicks.
