I use draftkings and do golf, NFL CFB and baseball. I have gotten crushed in MLB and don't play that anymore. I actually came in last in a 1200 person tournament in MLB. Do pretty well in the others.

Baseball is HARD ... at least from my limited experience.  A college friend of mine who went on to work for STATs INC spent every waking hours for about two years straight making moves and monitoring his lineup.  Needless to say this was before smartphone integration, but with just a wireless linked laptop you get the idea  The amount of time for that compared to football is vastly different.  Damn stat heads.

My week 1 performance was terrible. Got a bit more understanding from week 1 outcomes though and i'll be rolling in the money in no time. Might use this site for CBB as well. We should open a weekly league while we're at it.

I've gotten obsessed with FD recently haha.  My winning percentage is way higher with 50/50s opposed to tourneys, the odds are just so much better.

 

All about targets/touches, that's why KB is great.  He's been getting pricier though over the weeks.

I do not gamble,as you can prob tell..but i do play and win a lot of fantasy leagues. Although im getting $800 winning my baseball fantasy league i want money i see weekly! Not after 6months.

I started on DraftKings last week, which is similar. It's kinda addicting. lol

I have used draft kings and they have free games to start so if you need to practice you can do some of those. you will have most of your success doing head to head matchups but if you do a 20 dollar matchup you wager 20 to win 16 if you win because of the sites take. They also have multipliers where if you finish in the top whatever percentage you can take your 25 and move it to 75 and depending on the multiplier you just lessen your chances like the 3 x and 10x  your going , in a triple your going for the top 6 spots out of 20 and the 10x your going for the top 3 spots out of 34 people.

 

So far i have not had much success with the baseball , coming out a little under on football so far , you really have to be on the top  of your game and have a lot of variables go your way to win it seems.

 

Watched a good piece on real sports about these sites last night , a lot of the top guys have been stock brokers at one point or another and compare this to playing the stocks. A lot of the top guys also have serious algorithms and stat programs they have created that put out information that the average joe just does not have and they are making over 6 figures playing these games a year.

I've just been slowly working my way up, I started with $5-10 buy ins now I'm up to 25 and 50s.  The 50/50 leagues are way easier to make money if you ask me.  All you have to do is aim for consistency, remember that Wrs get 0.5-ppr as well. 

 

Even if you go for lower tier players at a position, make sure that player is guaranteed a good amount of touches, http://www.footballoutsiders.com/ has a lot of useful stats for matchups.  If you put in even 20 minutes for creating a lineup it's not hard to win money when a lot of people just pick willy nilly.
