In other words Bersin is completely wasting a spot on the 53 and will be inactive every single game.

 

No. If there's concern over both Cam and DA's health, he could be active and if that were the case they would use him on ST and 5th WR unless he was need at QB. When there isn't concern (likely all 15 of our games) he'll be inactive, and Bersin could be active as the 5th WR, and at any time if Proehl thinks Hill can start, he could be pulled up and put opposite KB or as the 5th. Rivera's comments on Webb don't have a thing to do with Bersin or Hill.

But also, why would being on the 53 man roster and being inactive be a waste of a roster spot? That is how the rules are. You have 53 on the roster, but some have to be inactive on game day. 

 

Are you saying that every person that is inactive is a waste of a roster spot? Hopw does that make any sense?

The hole D line was getting bear hugged in the 4th. I was screaming "damn u didn't see that". But our game wasn't the only one like that.

I wish there was a 3rd party that controlled officiating integrity and accuracy.  Its getting ridiculous

It was really bad on that scramble by McCown. I believe it was Evans that pretty much grabbed a panther from behind and threw him down which allowed the first down.
