Warren Sapp: Cam Newton, The Purple Unicorn

top dawg

No he didn't...

Said that he was more consistent but that he comes up small in big time games and Cam shines on a big stage.  In the end he took Cam too.

He said at the beginning he'd pick Dalton then followed up saying he was a little concerned about how Dalton performs on the big stage and then said Cam does come up big on the big stage. Never changed and said he would take Cam.

Oh, BTW, they're main reasoning for Cam over Dalton is that if you switch QBs and give Cam all those weapons...you know what would happen.

i was watching this and agree.... i just can't believe this has be spoken by the media guys.... where was this talk when comparing him to Kap? smh

Now that's the mark of a true man. Go mano e mano with somebody, get your ass kicked, and then sue. Much respect my brother.

lol. Ok buddy. My life depends on "thomas96" and the respect he gives me.

Let me guess, you're from "the hood". You know what? I don't even care. Much respect, "my brother".

    • There probably isn’t an orthopedic surgery that has had more improvement in technique and outcomes over the last two decades than the acl repair. Because of its importance in pro sports and the sheer number that surgeons do there have been lots of opportunities to practice 1. Better techniques - arthroscopic v open surgery means people heal faster  2. More training - all sports med surgeons have tons of experience doing them 3. better imaging - later generations of mri are more sensitive  4. better therapy - PTs have gotten better at rehabbing them and the theories of rehab have improved a lot. No idea about brooks in particular tho, but I’d describe that overall situation as “not great”
    • If Freeling or either of the Utah OTs dropped to 19 I'd be more than happy honestly. Our OT situation isn't great with an aging Moton at RT and a mess of a situation at LT if Walker goes down at any point in time.  What I'm expecting the Panthers to do is probably draft another weapon like Sadiq or KC Conception. That's been their track record in drafting R1 thus far. None of the defensive talent projected to be around 19 stands out to me. Unless they just want to draft a LB early (Rodriguez,  CJ Allen, Anthony Hill, Jake Gollday).
