I never was too big on Rivera. JR needs to stop trying turn us into another franchise. Stop hiring DC's, look for coaches with experience all over

 

With that being said, you're looking at a personnel problem. All of those people we let go and letting the NFL fug us with the Hardy situation. I can't even blame that on Rivera

I'm all in on this thread. Rivera is a joke.

His team is unprepared, soft, and I am so tired of watching his little "hard-workers" continue to flounder and drown in the face of actual talent.

1 winning season in 4 is unacceptable.

Fire him.

Part of it's Ron, part of it's Hardy. The other is that we don't have the talent to respond when things don't go our way. Our O-line is sht. We don't have enough speed on offense. We don't have any safeties with any fluid hip movement. A lot of that is on DG. 

 

Our team and our game plan is too fragile. We also can't respond when the refs start cheating our team with BS penalties. We could last year.

      Any idea what happened to him at LSU? im reading that he was considered a 1st round pick in 2023, had an off 2024 season with only 4 sacks but was also on a horrible FSU team then went to LSU where he was supposed to be on an aggressive defense that should have given him a lot of sacks but he only ended up with one….   was he injured? Did the top SEC competition expose him? What happened? Cause this guy was considered a top prospect .

      Sometimes its fun to read the threads/posts.  The panthers could literally hire a groundskeeper and we'd have a thread "improving the field for no other reason to prop up Bryce Young".  Apparently no move is ever done to actually make the team better.  All a conspiracy to just focus on Bryce Young. Or suddenly daydreaming and reminiscing about Sam Darnold when he was hated more than Bryce Young.  Its really fun to do a message board search about Darnold during that time period.   Or thinking there is just a tree that grows QB, and you can just easily go up and pluck one.

      Yeah okay. We as an organization have been more patient with him than many. And there has been a small parade of guys drafted since he was, also to bad teams, that have passed him. Some have lapped him. As a fan I am out of patience but he gets this year it is out of my hands always has been. I just hope the bar is higher than it has been for him.    FWIW, XL dropped two passes last year. He did do some other bad stuff, just saying.
