I think the coaches and front office have lost this team with how they've handled everything from the Smith cut to gifting 2 starting tackle jobs to 2 guys who didn't earn them with no competition, to deactivating Hardy for that second game just bc of the media, to how Ron never stands up to the refs. There's a lot of blame to go around.
