As long as Rivera is here, Shula's job is safe. Even if we do fire Shula, Rivera will just hire another OC just like him because that's his philosophy. Until Rivera is canned, expect the same type of offense year to year.

Rivera has had 2 OCs. They have been nothing alike. Suggesting more of the same means what? Next guy will continue the trend of being nothing like the prior OC?
