Great movie, still not as great as 2001 as far as huge, sprawling space epics go (and it's obvious that both Nolans drew huge inspiration from 2001).

 

The ending was different, but not bad. Felt like deus ex machina for a bit, but, it ended up working out.

saw it tonight, pretty awesome. one observation, i think they made anne hathaway go with short hair so they could cheat the space scenes and not have to deal with actually having to show a weightless environment. smart

It was showing the physical manifestation of time as it relates to "they or them".

Gravity was able to transcend all dimensions and now it seemed time was able to be contextualized.
