Ron is live!

-he starts by saying Cam is okay and he takes his word on it. he just needs to do better essentially...

-we're not going to panic but there is urgency

-philly d line did some good things... smh

-issues were on qb decisions, line, and routes

-our oline hasn't played every game together...smh

-me and chip talked about how we played without all the starters played together

-will not directly answer questions about OC play calling "its a mixture of things"

-Cam may not get to 100% this season

-give credit to the db on Cam's first INT but thinks he should have thrown it further outside... smh

-he's disappointed

-we gotta get it going... one game at at time

-we will evaluate the line this week

-thinks Roman should have got a call on 1st catch and should have slightly been in better position with the second one

-thinks TD undercut and that's what happened

-Star getting a MRI (AS OF NOW NOT A HIGH ANKLE SPRAIN) likely a lower ankle sprain

-Tre on the practice field this week and we'll go with the best

-Liked Norwell. thinks he did good with minor issues and respects the rookie factor

-determined to find the best 5 we have on the oline...smh

-everybody gets evaluated and gets their chance

-thinks we're on the cusp (not sure of what)

-thinks its possible to miss the opportunity to take the south without improvement (captain obvious!)

I've defended Ron up until this morning, even through last nights ass reaming, but this guy has got to go.

I realize you aren't going to say yeah our team is dogshit at a presser, but he needs to be saying yes, changes are coming for those not doing their jobs.

Ron's worse than Foxy with the media, and worse on the sidelines as well.

He's Gettlemans bitch. I'm tired of reading and hearing his poo. I want to see him lose it and body slam someone on the sideline. I want to see him take off his Bose headset and jump up and down on it live.

Show me somin Ron! Fire someone! Do SOMETHING!

Stop with the same ole, played out, status quo rhetoric

Well if you've joined us too now, I think it's finally unanimous!

Fire Rivera!

I think Ron basically is Fox.....just looks different with different go to lines for the media. Sideline wise, Rivera opts not to waste the energy chewing gum and clapping at slop.

Still not hearing anything about him or his coaching staff needing to get better. It's always the players.

He said last night he had to coach better. Said his staff needed to as well. He also advised playcalls certainly could have been an issue.

    • I would generally disagree. You see a lot more load management than previously but that is because being healthy in the playoffs is such a key factor. Different philosophies in that regard than previous generations.  Baseball really doesn't matter until at least halfway through the season. I am not gonna say they don't play hard but the physical demands are infinitesimal in the MLB in comparison to basically any other major pro sport.  People dislike all the shooting these days but that's a direct correlation with how much the overall skill level of the average NBA player has drastically risen over the past 15ish years. There are other aggravating factors, certainly, but that is the biggest one in terms of playing style differences. So many of the guys from the 80's and 90's wouldn't even be able to play in the modern NBA at all. The biggest problem the NBA has with the American market(they are the only US sport that has any real international appeal or interest, minus the NHL) is that they are so steadily corrupt and fix the systems against the small market teams. Well, you eventually lose a big chunk of the league viewership/potential viewership in the process. Take the very obviously fixed NBA draft lotteries. Superstar and upper tier star players rarely want to play for small market teams, nor can they usually afford to pay them. So how do you expect them to possibly compete in that environment?
    • The Tsar awaits...
    • A lot is being based off all our FA moves and all our draft moves being home runs. Last season, that was FAR from the case on both counts. Not unusual. Hopium is in peak supply after the offseason and pre-TC.
