I like this idea if Mariota decides to come out. The only teams we would need to be worried about in front of us are the titans and Bucs. Ive tan through the senarios in my head and none involve Cam being here. A. He will want a huge contract and no way we pay him (we better not) B. He doesnt want to play here no matter what. Hes a lameduck.

Exactly. But I would not blame Newton for wanting to leave. The ownership here is incompetent and I'm sure the people advising Newton understand this.
