My goodness I just can't picture this team in the playoffs. We're still trying to find our identity. We're barely scrapping by. Playoffs would be too big of a moment for this team.

That said I fully expect us to win out the season, and if we stay healthy...SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS.

Agreed. The playoffs are about execution, discipline; not a lot of sloppiness, very crisp and clean. Basically, like the Packers play every week lol. It's hard to imagine the Panthers and Ron being able to keep up in that environment.

I think it would certainly be the toughest, but I think we'd have a shot. Look what the Bills did yesterday. We could pull it off playing like they did. Rodgers was horrible, but not because he was playing poorly but because the Bills were that good. We can be that good too. What we would need to do is have Cam run all over them. They've gotten beat by the Seahawks and Niners 4 times in the past couple years where Wilson/Kaepernick either ran all over them or because they were scared of the threat of run, they passed all over them.

Cam Newton can score points with any team in the league if our offensive line keeps playing like this. I'm only worried about the Saints losing. Couldn't care less who we play.

A one dimensional Cam doesn't have the same ceiling for potential video game domination

Let's see playoffs...............the goal is to put the best teams against each other and find a champion............isn't that what people have been moaning about with college football all this time?

If you get there.....play the best and win........then you are a champion........period..........no pussyfooting around with I want to play this team or that team.

Especially if you have a bad record and get in.........prove that you are a great when you have to be......

and if you get hammered out of the playoffs so be it.............

The goal of every team is to win the Super Bowl. You're high if you wouldn't want the easiest road to get one.

You would think fans of a team who doesn't have one wouldn't act like they have 5.

      I honestly can’t believe this team’s turnaround this season. It’s surreal. Figured healthy we’d be fringe playoffs and with another lottery pick could finally turn the corner, but we don’t even need that. This group is ready. We haven’t played remotely well the last 5 games and yet still blew out 5 bad teams by 16+ each game like it was casual practice. We had a few solid teams with Kemba and Big Al but this is easily our best group since the original Hornets moved to NO. Man, what a shift in culture this new ownership group and front office has brought. So damn happy to see it after years of suffering and consistently meaningless games in this stretch of previous seasons.   Only 2.5 games out of the 6 seed, although Miami, Atlanta and Orlando have been playing well too. Gonna be a fun final stretch, hopefully we can get a top 8 seed at the very least. Celtics tomorrow will be a good test. Would be huge to keep the road winning streak up against a very hot top team on the 2nd half of a back to back. We’ve played Boston pretty well the last few years with much of this same group despite sucking so I do feel pretty good about it. Kon is due for a huge game coming off a few cold shooting games (although despite the poor shooting he’s been contributing well with defense, assists and rebounds).

      It amazes me how underrated Horn has become after he finally was able to stay on the field. Sure last year wasn’t perfect but he was still a huge reason for our rebound defensively and I’d say he’s easily a top 10 corner. You don’t want to see Mike Jackson as our top corner. Any player is available for the right price but I’d be extremely hesitant to move Horn even for a big haul from LA.
