Nice logical fallacy but the burden of proof isn't on me. It's really, really frigging hard to be an NFL franchise with sustained high level success and at no point in the Panthers history have we shown any evidence of being capable of it. We have to prove we can, not prove we can't.

NE has been one of the worst drafting teams I have ever seen for the past 10 years or so. Absolutely atrocious. They are successful because of a brilliant coach who will do what it takes to win, the winning culture that has followed that, and a QB that eventually turned into one of the best in the game (though they haven't won a SB since he has risen above game manager). I dare say the Raiders' drafting wouldn't look so bad put against the Patriots'.

Being a GM isn't just drafting.

NE does other things masterfully....things we struggle with. They are awesome at FA.

Best of all....they show fan favorites the door right before they are due to fall apart. Never been scared to do that....even it means letting them go with a year or gas in the tank. They don't get handicapped by those players

So in other words the Panthers just have to do the opposite of what they have been doing....sounds easy enough
