If the Panthers are looking at him, I'd say they're at least considering the possibility that he has legitimate talent, but was used in the wrong scheme or poorly coached.

Eh. He's been horribly inconsistent. Got beat like a drum in 2012 as the #1 corner. He seems to do ok in the slot, but he doesn't tackle well at all. They talked about his great feet coming out of college, but I've never seen it. Often times, when a receiver makes a break, instead of flipping his hips and changing directions, he'll turn all the way around. Takes his eyes completely off the QB and his man.
