This is why I would've loved to trade AL for Lopez.

Then we'd be stuck with the same thing as Al for three years guaranteed.

That's why the offseason needs to hurry up so Al and Henderson can opt out and we can trade these movable contracts and give this roster the overhaul it needs.

I have to disagree. Lopez is a lot more athletic, and he plays defense. He just hasn't been healthy.

That being said, there's no way I see either if them option out this off-season. AL has had a subpar season and is now on the wrong side of 30, there is no way he will get 13 mil on the open market.

He has been so bad latley I think you are right. Earlier in the season I thought he would surely opt out to try and grap one last payday. Now I don't see it.
