All jokes aside. Im really starting to think all the top WRs are gone by 25.

During a NFL season, the term "getting hot at the right time" Is thrown around a lot, a few years back when the Giants made their unexpected SB run with a 9-7 record, you heard it abunch of times, "The Giants just got hot at the right time." Thats exactly how I feel about this WR class.

The hype about these current crop of WRs has been sky rocketing faster these last few weeks, faster than the nasdaq in the late 90s. WRs like Nelson Agolohor and Breshad Perriman, once considered by many as 2nd round picks are now suddenly being projected as top 15, hell some even saying top 12-13 picks of this draft.

There is no denying that after last year's very strong crop of WRs in the 1st round, GMs and coaches wont want to miss out again on the next great WR.

Amari Cooper, Kevin White, Nelson Agolohor, Breshad Perriman, Jaelen Strong, Devante Parker. The closer draft day comes the easier it is to see every single one of these WRs gone in the top 20. The unfortunate thing for us is typically you could say "Oh yah! That means such and such star player will fall to us." But this year I just dont see that "falling star" type of player. Im afraid once all the top flight WRs are gone, Gettleman will hold his nose and turn in his selection and settle for a average player and hope for the best.

I know we joke a lot on here how 64 players will be gone by the time we pick at 25, while that is a funny joke, unfortunatley we may have to accept the reality that all the good WRs will be gone by 25.

It won't matter about WRs because DG is picking a hog molly in the first.

But I think Strong will be there if we want him. He's a borderline first round talent and he could need surgery. That probably equates to him falling into the second round.

If all of the WRs are gone by 25, so will ALL of the OTs and DEs. Prospects are rising because there are "only" 15-20 of them with first round grades, supposedly. If you're drafting after 20, the players that you are drafting probably have a second round grade on them. Unless, you get lucky and one of the top 15-20 fall to you. Can't count on being lucky ALL OF THE TIME.

You obviously don't have a brain well suited for being a GM/draft manager. It is not possible for all 6 of those WR to be gone by the first 24 picks much less the first 20. There are too many talented players out there at other positions that those team could not possibly pass on to take a wr not in the top 4.

You're overthinking it.

In the grand scheme if things draft grades and expected pick ranges don't matter. They have probably less than a 50% accuracy rate, and you'll have a few 3rd-7th round guys that will make bigger differences than the 1-2 guys.
