Lady and gentlemen,

I present to you Pliny the Elder. Second only to Pliny the Younger. Both of which are two of the most sought after beers in the world.

*i blurred my face because only All-Pros get to see my beautiful mug.

(You're welcome Jeremy)

They do it perfectly.  Keeping it as a limited release keeps the demand sky high.  If it was available all the time, it'd become another Stone Ruination.  A GREAT and BIG IPA but since it was available all the time, the demand slipped.  It was no longer special.  Stone recently announced they were discontinuing it.

These 2 beers are the Unicorns in my book. Hard for me to pick which one I like best. Honestly never had Pliny though. Brewed a clone but I don't know how close it was to the real thing. Haha

I love, love, love DFH 120 but IMO it doesn't bottle well.  I no longer even both paying the $10+ for a 12oz. bottle simply because it's not a good representation of the beer.  That's one that really needs to be scored fresh on tap... preferably poured through Randall the Enamel Animal.

I did enjoy it on draft a little better. I had it last May at the Brew Pub in Delaware. I didnt try World Wide Stout on draft. It was not availble. It is delish in the bottle though. I baught those 2 - 4 packs from the brewery when I went. They were $36 per 4 pack. I have one of each left that I have been aging. Probably going to pop them open soon though. Getting tired of waiting. Haha

    • And again, the TLDR of the above is........ My expectations for T-Mac's rookie season have nothing to do with him and more because of my expectations for the rest of the WR room. I think his 2nd season when we then lose Thielen and replace him by just shifting everyone else up a spot in the pecking order and replace him with an end of the bench guy, is when he explodes for a huge yardage season. XL and Coker wouldn't make a good 1/2 combo with Thielen in the slot.  But T-Mac as the 1 with Thielen in the slot has the real potential to make XL/Coker an actual elite 2/4 combo.  Drafting T-Mac drastically changes the potential impact of those two, if anything, that's the biggest thing taking him did to the offense. Because honestly, how many teams have a 3rd and 4th receiving option as good as XL and Coker?
    • good one though it’s really no joke. I know a few friends and family members that suffer with this condition.
    • There's nothing normal about a 73 year old dating a 24 year old and a wildly successful NFL coach going to the college level in his twilight years is unprecedented. Yeah, raving success or absolute clown show. We'll see how it plays out on the field but this is why I was always very apprehensive about going after Belichick. The odds of it going the clown show route seem to be increasing by the day.
