Should we trade Stewart?

hate the idea of losing D-Will, but Stewart/Goodsen are more of the big back/small back punch Fox wants, compared to Deangelo/Goodsen anyway.

DWill, if he has another season like last year, will command alot.

The question here is, was this planned when they drafted Goodsen though? Remember how shocked we all were that they spent a 4th on Goodsen when we needed a solid DT or DE?

We can just you the money from Peppers next year. 8 mill a piece cap number. Problem solved.

at the expense of the Defense, which is the point here. We currently have a luxury on Offense(3 great to good RB's) when we only need 2, but we have a Defense that needs resources directed towards it.

we also don't have a first round pick next year and could use one. Its a matter of priorities and balance.

Whats opinions here? With Goodsen looking like a solid RB, giving us 3 of them along with questions about Stewarts health(potentially being a constantly injury plagued RB).....Why not trade Stewart now?

What is his trade value? could we get a stud DT for him? If so, who?

Seems like some bold move like this(getting a solid DT for him) is the way to improve the team via the Defense while possibly not hurting the Offense too bad? Better overall team?

Not again!!!!!!!!!!! Another uneducated football fan. I feel like the dunkin donuts guy. Time to make the donuts.........Everyday the same thing.

If anyone with an MD were reading this, this thread could be your ticket into an insane asylum.

Albert Einstein once said “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”.

I agree with you SmootDaddy89. I think there are a few loonies on here

If DWill has another season like last year then he will essentially be the best back in the league, or right up there. They'd be foolish not to pay him. Stewart is good and all but so far he's not on William's level. You don't let players like Williams get away.

whats the Salary Cap implications here? With Williams and Stewart their rookie contracts will be up in coming years, Steve Smith will be up again and then Otah of course too after paying Gross a fortune.

Can we keep all these people after the rookie contracts are up?

Then of course there is the QB situation as Delhomme gets older

what is your deal here? you have no idea wtf you are talking about. do you believe RB's are valued as high as DT's? We have one of the dumbest fanbases, I'm convinced of it.
