Glad to be 4-0

I have never created a thread before, but i have to say this. I see people complaining that we have only beaten bad teams and Carolina has looked bad doing it. Well you know what? We are beating the teams we are supposed to beat. It hasn't always been pretty, but we got the job done. That is a mark of a good team when you find ways to win. Several years ago this team would find ways to lose these games.

Sure Tampa Bay turned the ball over alot, but Norman intercepted those balls and last i checked he plays for us. Our defense is helping in creating those turnovers. It's not like these teams are saying here have the ball cause we don't want it.

We are 4-0 cause we are finding a way to win these games that we are supposed to be winning and by god i am fuggin ecstatic. So if some of you want to piss and moan over being 4-0 then i guess there is no help for you.

Keep Pounding!

There have been so many games over the years where the panthers lost when they "should" have won.  Or they played better than their record indicated.  I feel this team has grown a lot to actually win all four of these.  Very happy with them and I get to remain happy for two weeks as we are undefeated all time during the bye week.

Not once during any of these games did I have legitimate fear that we'd lose. I never felt that this team had a game slip out of their control. Even with our defense playing less than stellar and our offense being methodical and frustrating at times rather than explosive and exciting.

People think wins are only "good" if you either 1) make a big comeback or 2) blow teams out. If one of those two didn't happen, they just seem to go "meh, ok, you won, cool, good for you".

    • That’s not a bad idea at all. I was really liking the whole cali-style carne asada. We might do that next week instead of enchiladas for the rams. Was planning on: Saints-Gumbo Tampa-Cuban Sandwiches Seattle- Salmon Stew Tampa- Seafood Boil
    • I agree, honestly you can not trade a player that has Balls talent. Just sitting in street clothes FOR years, it doesn't matter if you are averaging 50points on 88% with 18 rebs, 15 asst, 4 stls if you never can play. These are the worst type of players, teasers. Its HIS JOB to get his body in NBA shape and he has proven that he can not. Thus you break the rule about trading top shelf talent. Hell NBA need to have NFL contracts where the full sum isn't guaranteed, you bet your ass if his money was tied to his playing on the court he'd somehow figure out how to stay healthy.   Plus Im a old head, I member when Seth Curry in his 17(Jesus..) year career had ankle problems and guess what, he solved the issues and got all the money, championships, and fame. Ball doesn't have the same drive to figure out his body, he'd rather drive his car on kids feet while rushing home to drive his go-cart on the roof of his condo after missing his 42nd game of the season.....
